I didnt hear from so I text her again then I finally heard from her two days later And she responded with the hours that she does so I asked her if she could do a particular time and she didn't get back to me for another two or three days and I told her if I could book an appointment with her I would like to and it's been Two days now so yesterday I finally asked her to just respond so that I know if would be able to do my dog and if she can't I would also like to know so that I could try to find someone else There still hasn't been any response from her. She has a business going and I don't understand why she just can't give a quick response.

Took my dog in (who was in terrible need of a grooming) she had him for 3 hrs, and he came out clean and shaved. Made my next appt so next time he can come out with some hair left. She does charge a bit more if your dog is in bad shape, but like me that would be your fault. See how it goes next month.

We stopped by their location on Friday to have a look and find out some details. We were told they had opening the following week and a bath and grooming would take about 2 hours. We called the following Monday and booked a slot for 9:00 AM on Wednesday. On Wednesady we arrived before they opened at 9:00 AM and were the first client there. We checked in and provided a photograph of the dog with the cut we wanted. They then told us he would be done in 4 hours, maybe 3, but would call us 20 minutes before he was ready. As we hadn't received any call by 12:00 noon (3 hours later) we called to check of the status and were told he was ready for pick-up. So much for the 20 minute advance notice. The end result was his cut was a whole lot shorter than we requested and his chest and inner thighs were almost bare. In looking him over once we got home I discovered a tick on his inner thigh that was clearly visible due to the lack of fur in that area. I'm confident he had the tick on him before we arrived at the groomer but would have thought they would have seen it and removed it during the grooming. Granted they were $16.00 cheaper than our regular goormer but certainly not worth it considering the excessive amount of time the dog had to be there, lack of the call to let us know he'd be ready pick-up in 20 minutes and the almost overall buzz cut he receiced. Fortunately it will grow back given time. Needless to say we will not be back.

Made an appointment with I believe the owner which is not on the premises she quoted me a total of $235 for two dogs to groom. Brought the dogs in then got a text message with the invoice which was going to be $287 because they upcharge the little dog another $35 because of the way and they say it's listed on their website. This is after I talk to the owner of the company and quoted me 235 for the two dogs then the final bill came out to 287. I went in to tell him I got two different prices they gave me a bunch of excuses which didn't make sense. The owner also said that the little dog bit the groomer twice. I went in to talk to him about that she said that the dog was muzzled the whole time during his session. How did she get bit twice if he's wearing a muzzle? Then of course they charge me a $10 special handling fee because supposedly she got bit. They gave me the original price and then they upcharge my card for the price they felt was correct. Never go to this place as far as I'm concerned if you lied to it's not a good business stay away from this company altogether

As a Cavalier King Charles, they have a very specific coat and I was nervous as to how he would be groomed. Dylan made recommendations for his coat and the trim style. He does an AWESOME job. Dylan and the rest of the staff really care about dogs and customer satisfaction. Prices are very reasonable. They book up very quickly, so I would definitely recommend appointments in advance. They are kind enough to have a cancellation list if you need an appointment sooner. I know how dog owners are; they want the best for their pups. You won't be disappointed with this groomer!
