They are becoming less accommodating and the people that run their back office have the customers service skills of a pet rock. They keep repeating the same thing. They don't do what you ask. Their billing systems is screwed up and I would think twice before hiring them to care for your beloved pet. Maybe they are trying to recoup losses for covid 19.
