Stopped in with the kids this afternoon. Though it was pretty busy for the Saturday before Christmas, my wait was not long. She brought out my order and we confirmed it was the right item. She offered to gift wrap it for me and I happily took her up on the offer. One less thing for me to wrap. Something I wasn't expecting was a wheel on the wall. Take a spin we were told. Spin Ms O did. To our delight, we won a $5.00 Dunkin Donuts gift card. Not sure if this was just for the holiday season or something they do all the time, but we were happy for the free gift. My experiences here this month have been great. This will be my new go to for my jewelery needs.

I did not notice any elevator so it would be a hard shop for those who are disabled. Not by any fault of the store owners its an old building. I could not tell the vibe if you could negotiate. But the reason they lost a star was because most things we were interested in were double the price. Lots to see it kept us busy for almost two hours!

She guided us through everything and was very patient with us. Making each other's band from scratch was more fun than we expected. Anne talked with us from the start about what we wanted and made sure at the end it was exactly how we wanted it to come out. We started with a bar of white gold metal, fired it, formed it into a circle and at the end of the day came out with beautiful personalized rings.
