I started my journey to find the perfect bridal set about 2 months ago. I had a budget in mind that…read moreI felt was reasonable. The first store I visited spent some time with me. They were aware of my budget and showed me a bridal set I could not live without. When I asked for a price, the set came in $2500.00 over budget. Then of course the credit card pitch at 39% interest. I left so disappointed. And I felt so disrespected. I walked into Patties, (where I should have visited first) greeted by Sherry's smiling face immediately putting me at ease. She asked what I was looking for, what the budget would be and we proceeded from there. I dont think there was anything in the case I would not have loved. One, however, stood out. We matched a wedding band and I was enamored with the set. I was afraid to ask for a price...then Sherry told me it was UNDER the budget by $700.00. She never tried to entice me with what was outside my budget, never rushed me in any way. She respected me and the amount of money i was willing to spend. That speaks volumes to the calibur of this business. She understood these things take time and patience to decide. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a special piece of jewelry. Cases to choose from, many styles to choose from, many price ranges to peruse. Sherry, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to choose EXACTLY what I wanted. I am absolutely in love with my purchase.
