I have been going here for 2 years, on and off. Easy, free parking, although I remember my first time I was a bit confused as to which building was which. Poorly marked. Once I figured out where I was going, there is proper signage inside the building. Enter the waiting room with chairs, a coffee table, grandfather clock and magazine. There may or may not be anyone sitting at the receptionist window. Once called in for your appointment, led into a clean modern office room with clean comfy couches. I sit and chat with Sandra, 45 minute sessions at a time. My service dog attends too. Weekly or biweekly, whatever fits my schedule. She listens, challenges me, and is overall helpful.
This counseling is covered by most health insurances. Ed is the guy to talk to if you have questions about coverage or billing. Appointment cancellation fee is $50. All appointments are confirmed twice by email. Bathroom key is at front desk.
All nice folks here. Small practice, never more than 2 people in waiting room. Would recommend. read more
