The owners are very nice and when you call they will pair you up with a great therapist. My therapist is Heather she is very sweet. She's always on time and she does her job correctly. If you need someone to listen or help out I 100% recommend her. She's very easy to open up too and she has your best interest at heart. I do individual and couples therapy and I'm not ashamed to say it and I also recommend this nice quiet location to anyone who wants therapy , or anyone curious in therapy. They accept insurances , and it's always nice and quiet in there and very private it isn't chaotic , and the location doesn't make you feel uneasy it makes you feel calm.

I sit and chat with Sandra, 45 minute sessions at a time. My service dog attends too. Weekly or biweekly, whatever fits my schedule. She listens, challenges me, and is overall helpful. This counseling is covered by most health insurances. Ed is the guy to talk to if you have questions about coverage or billing. Appointment cancellation fee is $50. All appointments are confirmed twice by email. Bathroom key is at front desk. All nice folks here. Small practice, never more than 2 people in waiting room. Would recommend.
