I was on my way for a family vacation when I heard about Swiss Air 111 going down near Canada. I had just been in New York and my dearest cousin was going on a humanitarian mission and was on that flight. This was in the day before cell phones and I honestly did not know who to call. So I just called her number praying someone would answer and SHE did! She told me she was in too much shock to talk about it but that I should relax because she was fine. Years later I meet Charles and my cousin tells me this is the man that saved her life and told her not to get on that flight. Yes ... this really happened.
