    Meatball

3.5 to be 100 percent fair, friends who live down the street swear by this place. It's a deli inside a SHELL with a huge menu, cheap no, fast no (As they say "it's real food not fast food" call ahead. The prices on some things were good other things I had to scratch my head over $7 dollars for a PB&J ? The ladies behind the counter were super nice! I had been craving a meatball sandwich! So I ordered a large $12.99 (sandwich only) to have leftovers (all to go) it was toasty cheesy and delicious, meatballs were pretty good and it cured my craving...........and I had to go for the chili cheese fries! Don't base your expectations on the general stock photo on the wall that looks like chili cheese fries you can get anywhere. The best 7 dollars spent, first of all it was a huge portion with REAL chili with big hunks of meat not that stuff at fast food or other places, covered in cheese with thick steak fries, the chili was okay but I'm pretty sure it was homemade and to be honest I could only eat 1/4th of it in one sitting. Lots to choose from, lots of things they charge extra for, but I want to go back and try their subs.

Love this place. I've gotten it was uber Estes, grub hub, picked it up myself. Mac n cheese is bomb and tastes home made. Never have gone wrong with a wrap and thief curly fries yum and the portions are worth the price.

Egg, potato, cheese and chorizo breakfast burrito!

I was in dire need of a breakfast burrito, but couldn't leave work. I decided to take a chance on something new and ordered from here through Postmates, and I'm glad I did! The burrito did the trick. Eggs, chorizo, potato, and cheese -which was more like the nacho cheese; I wasn't expecting that, but it worked well! It wasn't an enormous burrito, but the perfect size to get me full and fed. It looks like they have a ton of other stuff on their menu. I would give something else a try from here!

Build your own- veggie sub. Delicious!

I had an excellent veggie sub from here today! ( delivered by ubereats). It's amazing how simple a veggie sub is but truly it can be hard to find a spot that executes a really good one. The Corner Deli will be my new go to sub spot. Here's why: Perfectly fresh bread (I chose wheat) Boar's Head cheeses to select from (and meats if that's your thing) . Lot's of veggies to select from. Crisp lettuce. Great Italian dressing. Perfectly layered. Perfectly seasoned (I chose with salt&pepper)... Thanks Corner Deli!

    Gyro

This place used to serve huge meaty gyros big enough for 2 people to share. I just left from there and I don't know if management changed or what but this was definitely not worth $10.99! Very disappointed and they tried to cover it up with onions and tomatoes

Super tasty....... Next tome will try rice and beans

Good for quick bite........ Kinda shocked they had soul food menu options???? The owner gave me a chicken tender to try............I have to admit it was yummy

I stepped into this joint and transported back in time - Sunday after church, five years old again with my grandparents, standing at the counter of Giannella's in Paterson, NJ. With the exception of the cashier dude, the staff was...uh..."mezza morto," and definitely in need of some Italian or Italian-American inspiration. A little life. A little rhythm. A smile perhaps. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, add wet mozzarella, hot soppressata, roasted red peppers, oil, and balsamic.. The cutlets were too thick and the mozzarella, although fresh, was strangely tasteless. Apparently this sandwich was infused with gold, crypto, or something because it rang in at $24 with the add-ons. My person had the eggplant parm, which unfortunately was over-seasoned with only a slight trace of mozzarella. The marinara on the side was undefinable. We hit the bakery on the way out. The sfogliatella and cannoli were great, and so were the ladies behind the counter, warm, lively, and actually happy to be there. Look, I'm goin' back to Romanelli's. I'll even pay another $24 for a sandwich. There's a reason this place has been there for decades, and they deserve another shot.

Some others that are definitely worth mentioning is their pizza buying per slice (great portion size btw), and their pastas! A must when visiting is getting their pistachio Dubai chocolate cannoli! One thing that really stands out to me is that this deli/ grocery has been in business for a long time and the owners/employees are so welcoming and make you feel at home! The first thing that stands out is the massive, beautifully maintained outdoor seating area. It's covered, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully designed with fireplaces and privacy walls that give each table a more intimate feel. There's even an outdoor bar where you can grab a drink while you wait or just enjoy the atmosphere. Inside, the décor is incredibly creative. Butcher knives and custom cutting boards line the walls, and the open kitchen showcases hanging meats so you can see everything in action. The bakery area adds another layer of charm, with rolling pins and whisks hanging from the ceiling, it all feels intentional and immersive without being over the top. The menu is just as fun and different as the space itself. I started with the Sicilian wedge and then had to go for what they're known for, the handcrafted meatballs. You can mix and match meatballs with different pastas, but the real showstopper is the "meatball carousel." It lets you sample multiple meatballs with their recommended sauces, all presented on an elaborate Ferris wheel-style display that turns heads across the restaurant. It's a full experience, not just a meal. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made the night, though, was our server, Mia. She struck that perfect balance of fun and professional, engaging, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. She guided us through the menu, made great recommendations, and brought a level of energy that elevated the entire experience. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. For dessert, we went with the traditional Sicilian cannoli stuffed with Nutella and a lemon tart that was so good I'd honestly consider flying back just to have it again. We enjoyed our full experience. Easily made reservations via Open Table (a must with a two month old baby!). We ordered the meatball Ferris wheel as an appetizer. It was so unique and fun! The only thing I was bummed about is that I love their marinara so much that I wanted to get the rigatoni with marinara as my side. However, they don't allow you to sub the sauce. It came with vodka sauce and I'm not a fan of that, so I opted for the side salad. Wish they'd allow you to sub the sauce. After dinner, we went next door to the Sicilian Baker and ordered an array of treats. Their tiramisu is a must! I've had it twice now and it's some of the best tiramisu I've had (topping even slices I've had in Rome!). The girls helping us were Riley and Tatum and they were very helpful. Even gave us some free mini cannolis. Yum!
