I'm pretty upset and disappointed with my Cookie Corner Cookie Cake that I purchased today. On 5/14, yes 2 weeks ago, I went to Cookie Corner to order a cookie cake to be picked up today, 5/29. Since this was around Mother's Day weekend, they had smaller heart shaped cookies for sale. They were cute because they had a nice ribbon border around the edge and random hearts everywhere. I told him that I wanted a 2lb heart shape cookie that was decorated JUST LIKE the Mother's Day one, but instead of saying "Happy Mother's Day" it would say "Congratulations Tiff" as this was a present for a baby shower. The guy who took my order was very nonchalant. While writing the directions on the paper, he didn't know how to spell congratulations, so I spelt it for him. He was having difficulty writing the instructions down, so I asked if I could draw a picture for him, as I wanted the cookie to look nice; it's a baby shower gift after all. He insisted that his directions were fine and that the cookie will be okay. On Friday, 5/25 I just so happened to be at Town Center and asked to check on my order. They had my order, it was all paid for, it was ready to go for Tuesday. Fast forward to today, 5/29, 11:00 when I go to pick up the cookie. We arrived at 11, and were told that the cookie needed 7 more mins and she'll decorate it. So fine, we waited. She brings the cookie wrapped, and I insisted that she open it so we can look at it. Thank goodness I did, because congratulations was spelt "Congratulions". Lions . Mind you I had to spell it for the guy to write it on the paper. To make matters worse, congrats was spaced so nicely while "tulions" was all smushed. It was completely unacceptable. I requested that it be written again. So she takes the cookie back, tries to scrape it off, and brings it back. Since the frosting is red, it had already stained the cookie and it was a mess. It looked like the cookie itself was bleeding. I had explained my disappointment and how this was supposed to be the cake for the baby shower! They offered to make another, but it would take an HOUR. I decided to just ask for a refund, which they only offered half, but in the end I got a full refund. I gave a 2 star rating due to the refund. I won't be ordering another cookie cake from them. I'll stick to the small ones. Edited to add: The other cookie cake that says "Happy Birthday Taylor" was purchased at the Kapolei Location. I guess if you want quality you should go there. read more

Who can resist the smell of freshly baked cookies? I can't walk by without getting a chocolate chip cookie. Crispy and the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The cups of mini cookies are great for sharing and make good gifts too. ***Written by the sweet-toothed wife. read more

I remember when they used to be cheaper. But, they are still good cookies! Chocolate chip walnut is always a winner for me! read more

What is it that makes these cookies soo amazing???! Is it lard? a gallon of butter? crack? i'll take it all! I go crazy for chewy cookies and this place is heaven! Its almost how the movies lure you in with the smell of popcorn, this place constantly smells like fresh baked cookies. They have everything from basic Chocolate Chip - Brownies - Rice Crispy Squares. I love the Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodles. They are pretty well stocked and the staff is always friendly. Happy Diabeetusss :) read more

Every time I come to Mililani Town Center I say, I am not stopping for cookies, I am not stopping for cookies... *sigh* I always stop. Their chocolate cookies are so darn good. They are the reason why I don't lose the last ten pounds :) Go when the cookies are fresh and you will be happy for the rest of the day. Oh and try the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies as well. Simply heaven!!! read more

M & M cookies are BOMB! What sucks is the strong aromas of this place. They must do that to us on purpose. read more

Do not order any cookie cake from this place. For one, their price is ridiculous and they charge by the pound. I order a 2 lb cookie cake for my son's birthday and it only turned out to a 16"X14" sheet and to top it off it off it was really hard and tuff! Never again! read more

The cookies are average at best. The smell brings you into the store, you pick out what you want and then get a mouthful of disappointment. You could probably make better ones at home. read more

M&M Cookie was not baked all the way thru, tasted soggy and like it was sitting their all day. And rice crispy was soggy as well. Do not recommend. read more

Was so looking forward to getting chocolate chip cookies and snikerdoodles today. My friend says theres a fly on the cookie I want. I look in the cookie display and theres a fly flying around landing on all the cookies and the worker clearly sees it and doesnt try and wave it out. I got disgusted and walked out. Maybe its just me and I'm being too picky but I hate when I see flys by or on the food I'm eating/about to eat. read more

Cookie's for Cookie Monster.....yes, I love the Chocolate Chip Bite size cookies that used to come in the red cup. Do you remember? I cant really write a detailed review as I buy the same cookies every time. Im not sure if its the bite size crunchiness of the cookies or if its the actual cookie dough that gives it that great taste. Either way, I feel less guilty eating the smaller cookies instead of the large ones. read more

Yummy cookies. Wanna try da Bombucha Cookie! Pleasant hospitality. The cookie cup filled w/mixed mini cookies.

You can't deny the smell of the Cookie Corner is love. I sometimes wonder if they use some type of spray to accentuate the baking/sugar smell. Hahaha. Once in a while, I hold my breath when I walk by so I don't cave in and buy those yummy cookies. I LOOOOOVE those darn snickerdoodles and I like the melting moments. They have ICEEs too! =] read more

This review is mostly for the customer service I received today from the manager. My credit card was over charged and (due to my excellent financial management skills and attention to detail) I didn't catch it until almost a week later. So, I called the store and spoke with the manager who quickly jumped into action and took my information down, luckily, I kept the receipt which made it easier to help with locating the transaction. She asked that I return to the store with my card and made sure I came down before she left. When I finally made it down there, she reversed the charge and even offered me special treats for the inconvenience in addition to the apologies. The cookies were delicious- chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. read more

Umm... how can you NOT give Cookie Corner 5 stars?! Cookies galore, baked fresh, and oh yeah they have brownies or rice krispy treats and stuff too. My fave - chocolate chip cookie. Plain and simple. LOVE IT. I could probably eat like 10 of em lol but that wouldn't be good for my gut! Staff is always friendly here too. read more

Usually the ladies that work here are nice. Brought my mom in since she was visiting and she wanted to bring home some to my family. A guy I hadn't seen before was working. She was ordering a bunch of cookies (over $100 easy) but the guy was so rude. She finally had enough and said she wasn't going to purchase any due to the way he was treating her. We left with no cookies. I still love Cookie Corner cookies. I just go to another location to buy them. read more

One cookie here was $1.75, it wasn't any bigger than a cookie I would make at home and it didn't taste any better than a cookie I would make at home. This place is like a grown- up bake sale except way way more expensive. I would not go back. read more

Good cookies, however, after trying them, it's not that hard to make at all. Obviously, first few times are the hardest, but once you got it down, its a no brainer, example, spend 70 dollars on 10 small packs of cookies, or make a whole bunch for a lot less around 20 bucks for party? read more

Walking into Cookie Corner and inhaling is probably the best part of the experience. I'm sure all would agree. Just made a quick stop after picking up dinner on our way home. While the cookies are a little pricy, $6.50 for four cookies. You get what you pay for! The cookies are fresh, soft and delicious, every single Time! read more

If you like hard flavorless cookies this is the place for you. Clearly the fresh baked cookie smell is courtesy of a Yankee candle, and not their stale joke cookies. read more

The smell of the cookies baking always draws me in! My favorite: oatmeal chocolate chip! Yummy in my tummy!

I went in to buy some cookies about two weeks ago, paid with a $100 bill, when the cashier gave me my change, I put the change in my pocket right away. When I went to CPK thereafter, are and later kid my bill, I was asked if I had a credit card to pay. I was given my cash back because I was told my money was fake. I put that money away and went to Cookie Corner the next day. I told the cashier what happened, gave her my receipt and the exact money that she gave me, and she wouldn't do anything. I went back today, to warn them to check their bills before accepting because of fake bills circulating. No apology, nothing. The cashier kept telling me they check their bills with the counterfeit pen. I told her that it happened to me at this same store and I kid you not, she still insist they use the pen. I should just report them to the FBI and give them my fake bills because I sense some money laundering shit going on. WTH, no apology, no refund. I lost $80 of worthless bills, I can't use anywhere. All I have is horrible experience of customer service! read more

I love that you can call a day before and make a huge cookie for a loved one. I made a 1 pound cookie shaped as a heart in chocolate chip for my niece for her birthday. They have other shapes but it was soo adorable. Who doesn't love cookie corner chocolate chip? Just give them 24 hrs, I'll be ordering a bunch this year! read more

This place smells so good. It's hard to walk away. Their cookies are delicious. I don't know how they price unless you purchase the cup of cookie bites or the m&m's cookie. Otherwise, they weigh the amount of cookies[or brownies] you buy. I believe I saw something like $12.50 a lb. but don't quote me. They have one menu item which is two cookies and a fountain drink for $3.29. Overall, I like their cookies. I crave them sometimes! read more

Best cookies ever! So much better than mainland mall cookies. My favorite is the Snickerdoodle, so soft and chewy and almost cakey! My other faves are the Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter. The little cookies they sell in packs are cripsy and crunchy and good, too! read more

Hands down, best cookies in Hawaii, maybe the best cookies in the country!

Chocolate chip with walnuts!!! When I'm trying to pretend to watch my weight, I only buy two. And then later, I want to cry for being so stupid. I la-la-la love their cookies and wish someone will some day post a copy car recipe. All the workers at the Mililani location are friendly and nice. I feel bad for a few that work behind the counter. I see them tippy toeing to give me my items so I try to be nice an tippy toe first so they don't have to strain too much. It's the least I can do for them for making my tummy happy :) read more

Snickerdoodle is my favorite. I like picking up a cookie or two and sneaking it into the movies right around the corner. I dont think they do the cookie cups with balloons in then anymore, which is kind of a bummer. read more

Everything they bake there is ONOLICIOUS. My 2yr old grandson calls me from Vacaville,CA. for the Lilikoi Bars. The staff are great, Arlene R. & Kelsi P. made my visit there a wonderful experience. My son who is in college at Sac State loves the thick chocolate chips. Thanks Cookie Corner! read more

I am giving the one star for the female worker that was working behind the counter on 08/14/2017 at 630PM. She is the rudest person that I have come into contact. Why would The Cookie Corner want her as the first face the customers see? read more
