You didn't just deliver food late; you entirely wasted their hard-earned money and robbed them of a special moment with their guests. What is most shameful, however, is your cowardice afterward. Taking a couple's money and then actively ignoring their emails and reading their Instagram messages without replying is incredibly unprofessional. It shows a complete lack of conscience. You botched someone's wedding day and then chose to hide from the consequences because you already got paid. If you have any integrity left, you should feel deeply embarrassed by how you treated this couple. I strongly warn anyone against trusting this business with an event they actually care about.
