Moved on to the local king salmon, requested medium and it came out medium well+... The crispy skin was the highlight of this. Loved the texture of king salmon along with the accoutrements including the jimmy nardelo and squash. Finished off the meal with the panna cotta which was surprisingly on the bland side.
