They have built 15-20 different custom computers for me built to my needs and specifications. Numerous times they have done same day repairs and kept my business functioning when most repair services were busy quoting me how many days the repairs would require. Their prices I have never been able to beat anywhere, not even Fry Electronics and one of their giant warehouse sales could beat what Quality Plus offered, along with immediate same day service. I cannot say enough good things about Peter and his staff, for they have saved me more times than I can count. I was there just today because a program would not load on one of our laptops. Peter had me up and running before noon, and while I was sitting there, one couple came in because their computer would not turn on. Peter had them back up and running in 5 minutes time. Another customer needed her laptop repaired, but she also needed to use the data on her computer when meeting with several of her own clients this week. To repair her computer, Peter first needed to take it apart to ascertain the parts needed to complete the repair, so Peter offered at no charge to her, to take her computer apart just to ascertain the part requirements, and then put it all back together again so she could use her computer until she could let him have it for a couple of hours to install the new parts. So he doubled his labor costs and time for the job just to help out his customer and he did it without charging her a penny more. Try and get that kind of service from the GEEK Squad!!! In the last 20 years, NOT ONCE has Peter given me a quote for a repair or a custom built new system and then later called to increase the quote for any reason. When he quotes a job, he stands behind it 100%. He also stands behind his work 100%. He will clearly explain exactly what needs to be done and why, so that even someone like me can understand. When it comes to any of my computers, I won't let anyone touch them other than Peter and his guys. Thanks! Clay

Very professional, courteous and efficient . Had my laptop back the next day and all fixed and at a very reasonable price. what I liked about Tyrone is his honesty. He did not make up stuff in order to charge me more which he had the perfect opportunity to do. An honest man trying to make an honest living that deserves our business . He will be my go to person for all computer issues.

My only concern was that there were so few reviews, so I thought I owed it to Ty to give him the recognition that he deserves. My SSD was 99% degraded when I finally decided to get it replaced. Ty was extremely courteous and professional, and was able to replace my drive (upgraded from 128GB to 1TB) and have my laptop back to me the next day. 11/10 - would recommend his services to everyone. I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.
