Initially I was told my son's Nintendo Switch needed a part ordered to fix and I'd receive calls with updates. Unfortunately I had to call repeatedly to get updates they never provided. I found myself calling every couple days only to get excuse after excuse. After 3 weeks I received a voicemail stating they couldn't repair it and to come pick it up. After arriving to pick up the Switch I was asked to wait 10 mins or so because the device was in pieces. Terrible experience/service & I wished I'd just purchased a new one vs getting the runaround with a group that didn't care.

I was looking for a touchscreen laptop for work and decided to call the store directly, and the…read moreattendant told me of three products in stock with brief descriptions and prices. I thought about it for a few hours and decided to head in myself to check it out and I always trust salesman when they ask specific questions and really listen; the gentleman behind the counter said that for my needs an upgrade for memory was not necessarily the best bet and as is would be fine. I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. Very friendly and professional exchange highly recommend if you're in the market for a used desktop or laptop. These are your guys! Five out of five highly recommend will return.

If I could give a zero, I would. Not only has one of their salesman, Brett, changed my contract…read morenumbers AFTER I signed, later discovered after he left by another salesman, but even after the new contract, I've been paying an exorbitant amount for this printer. Could have bought one ten times by now. It's now close to impossible to get out of this contract even after the end of the contract. Every time they give me a quote to buy out, it becomes obsolete because they take the monthly payment out. Even after I cancel the autopay and get a new quote to buy out again, they refuse because they want to take out the monthly payment again. Why in the world would I receive a quote with a total buy out amount and pay for it to then be also charged the monthly amount? The guy who creates the quotes, Gerald, won't even return my calls to end this contract and have this machine returned to them!

As usual, I had a great experience at Impress computers. Was thinking of replacing my old desktop…read more(purchased at Impress years ago)and stopped by to see what they had. Talked to Bruce who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Fast forward, a couple of weeks later, I went in to ask about a printer. Again Bruce was very helpful and I purchased a Canon printer from Impress. Took it home and could not get the printer drivers to interface with old desktop. Went to what I believed to be Canon's website (yes, I typed in their site info) for help and somehow got a pop up of a help screen. I stated my problem and they asked for my phone number to better assist me. I hate to admit that I was scammed. I let them take control of my computer to see if they could correct the issue. When it failed for them, they offered to refund me. They wanted for me to go to my bank account to see if the refund had been posted. It was then, a light bulb came on in my head and I thought, I have been scammed. Fortunately, I had logged them out twice. I immediately went to bank and told my story, changed account password just in case. I don't keep account password info in my computer. I went straight to Impress computer with my old desktop and Bruce helped me again. I Bought another refurbished desktop and is having them move data from old to new after they have gone in and removed any viruses that may have been added by the scammers. One quick note. I know we do not like it when they tell us it will take a week or two to get our computers back to us, but we need to give them some slack. They are doing their best to do it right. A small business trying to accommodate a bunch of folks. All Impress folks that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and accommodating to me. I didn't mean to write a novel.
