Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We ordered cubicles and office tables and a conference table for our office and we asked for brand new. They told us 4 weeks for cubes and 8 weeks for desks and conference table. We paid the deposit so we could get the ball rolling and they told us it would be completed on a Thursday. When they finally showed up to install the cubicles, we looked and found out that they sent us refurbished instead. On top of that when they came to install they didn't even have everything prepared. They installed a portion of it one day and then over the period of a couple weeks now, we are still waiting for them to install some pieces. Every time we try to call or email or text, they just completely ignore us.(except when we call the main # because a receptionist has to answer that call) We have been asking for the past couple of weeks what the status is for our order and it seems like John(CEO) is too busy to handle our calls. I understand he is busy since he is the CEO, but if he is busy, he should not have sold us the furniture himself. He should have passed the sale to one of his sales people instead, because at least maybe they would respond to our calls/emails. We placed our order sometime in the beginning of July, and now here it is almost September and they still have not finished our order yet. . I know that according to their timeline it still has not been completely 8 weeks for the tables, but the fact that cubes are still not completed give me very little hope that our office tables and conference table will be even come within the next week. I have tried to email them about the status of this, and of course no response. Will never do business with this company again.

I guess by my posture, someone already noticed why I was there. At the same time, I saw the pickup sign and was about to press the button. "Don't you dare to press that!" I heard a man's voice behind me. I thought it was a joke. Ok. I turned around and politely asked to retrieve my merchandise. It took him a long time. I started to browse other laptops on the shelves. I was about to change my order to get the one on the shelf with better product... Thank God. He came back with my order. After I got home, I started searching for that display laptop. Wait, the models don't match. The bar code is for a less quality laptop. Shoot. That's bait and switch. No. No. No. Not coming back again.

They have have a huge selection of styles in store and they also have a website where you can visit and look at the other excellent furniture that they can order for you. The salespeople are very kind and they aren't horrible vultures. I get it, some places reward that behavior and those sales people have to do their job.. but this is a wonderful small family owned place and I'd shop here before going anywhere else ever again. I'm posting some photos of the showroom, you can see the selection is unique and interesting, a breath of fresh air after visiting other stores and finding nothing but tacky furniture.

Decided it was time to bring it in-house and started looking at DTF printers. Did a ton of research and kept seeing DTF Printer USA mentioned in forums. Called them up and talked to their sales guy for like an hour. He didn't try to oversell me or push the most expensive machine. Actually listened to what I needed and recommended a setup that made sense for my volume. Really appreciated that. Bought a DTF printer package from them - printer, RIP software, heat press, and all the supplies to get started. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and was packed really well. The printer came pre-calibrated which saved me a huge headache. But here's the real kicker - their tech support is incredible. Had some issues getting the colors dialed in perfectly and they walked me through everything over the phone. Even did a video call to see my setup and help troubleshoot. Most companies would've just told me to read the manual. Been running the machine for about 6 months now and it's been solid. Quality is way better than what I was getting from my old supplier and my profit margins are so much better. The supplies they sell are good quality too - tried some cheaper powder from another vendor and immediately went back to theirs. Only complaint is shipping costs on supplies can add up, but the quality is worth it. Plus they're always available when I need help which is huge when you're trying to run a business. Already recommended them to two other shop owners I know. If you're thinking about getting into DTF or upgrading your equipment, these guys know their stuff and actually care about helping you succeed. Definitely buying my next printer from them when I'm ready to expand.
