1 star. I purchased…read morea new MacBook Pro for store pickup expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the first unit I received had damage / cosmetic issues even though it was sold as new. I returned the same day for an exchange, and the replacement had similar issues again. That meant multiple trips back and forth to the store, wasted time, fuel costs, and a lot of frustration just to receive a product that should have been correct the first time. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Online chat support told me the store could handle compensation or make it right. When I went to the store, employees and management told me they could not do anything and that I needed to contact online support because they had the authority. So I was pushed back and forth between chat support and the store with no clear ownership of the problem. I had to escalate the matter multiple times across different channels, yet no one handled it properly in a timely manner. I also reached out directly through X, Facebook, and Instagram. While they apologized, they stated they do not compensate for time or fuel. Best Buy customer service was extremely poor throughout this experience. Customers should not have to chase multiple departments after paying premium prices for a new product. If you want a smooth and positive shopping experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Best Buy.

You also won't be able to use the equipment after. I hired this company to handle my internet security setup. They did at first. I then hired them again to get better graphics for my gaming platform. Mark came in and had done zero research. He charged me $175.00 per hour to do things I had already done and had told him I had already done. He sat here and I had to help him configure what I was paying him to sit here and research. He also downloaded a software full of malware called bloxshade. His fix for this was to just block it on the firewall and call it a day leaving my computer infected. I had to remove my accounts from the computer quickly so they were not taken by these attacks. These apps are easily downloaded from Microsoft and the other is nvidia and obs streaming software. After he left nothing worked properly and I was no closer to better quality graphics. In fact my graphics were worse than before he had arrived due to him blocking everything on the firewall which I didn't find out until later. He blamed everything on me and threw around the word "we" like I was his employee or this was team work. After deciding to discontinue my working relationship with him I found out, he had invaded my family's personal space by putting himself as the owner of the firewall and internet extender that I had purchased from him. He could see everything, and without notice as well. Our privacy has been violated by him, and he has scammed me more than once. He could not fix the onslaught of cyber attacks he had caused, and only relies on software to do the job he lacks the knowledge in. I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to find safety behind a firewall. If hackers don't get you you have him sitting inside your security system as the owner. I would especially find this disgusting if I had a camera system which I had planned on getting and he was aware of. Rather or not I play Roblox is neither here nor there. Your emphasis on it being a children's game has no validity since I am a verified and trusted user which means I have submitted all my credentials to Roblox and google. I am a content creator and I design games inside Roblox. I am a mother. I play with my kids on Roblox, the same kids I have to protect away from your predatory eyes. Ain't no telling how you may have spied on us through our laptop cameras or my nanny cam. I would never let you back in my home with my children. Especially since I have daughters and you had yourself strictly setup to be able to access all of our private and personal areas. Shameful! After I asked you about you setting yourself up as the owner you wiped my equipment so there would be no proof you were ever in there, but you didn't count on me taking screenshots and screen recording. I hope that the families around Texas see my post and understand what kind of danger they will be putting their family in if they choose your firm, especially with child trafficking being so high in our areas. Anyone seeing my review, do not use this company, you will not have privacy and he will be watching you through your cameras, ring cameras, nanny cams, laptop cameras, anything that you can be monitored on he will give himself access to.

I had to use Google Maps to give me direction. Finally, I found a directory kiosk in front of Dillard's, where was the opposite of where I came from. Yikes. The employee was very knowledgeable and made me want to purchase right there. But I was here to get a feel first. I like what I saw and I am going to buy a used one online. Today, I had a terrible experience at the Apple Store in First Colony Mall - Sugar Land, TX. I have…read morebeen using Apple iPhones for over 10 years, upgrading from the iPhone 4 up to my current iPhone 16 Pro Max. Honestly, the phones are very durable, and I usually keep my old devices as memories. Since my mother needed it, I decided to replace the battery for my old iPhone XS Max. After doing some research, I chose to go directly to the Apple Store, believing it would be more reliable and professional. I booked an appointment today at 1:00 PM for a battery replacement. I waited quite a long time even though I had an appointment, as the store was very crowded. Later, a female staff member came to check my phone and confirmed that the only thing needed was a battery replacement. She carefully inspected my phone, asked me to remove the protective films on both the front and back, and turn off "Find My iPhone." She then took pictures of my phone and told me to return at 3:40 PM to pick it up. At 3:00 PM, I received a call from another female staff member telling me that replacing the battery might damage the screen, and if that happened, I would have to replace the screen for $329. I immediately went back to the store and told them I no longer wanted to replace the battery, because I was worried about the risk of having to pay such a high price for an old phone. She said "OK," handed my phone back very quickly, and walked away. I was still sitting at the table with the first staff member who checked my phone. When I turned it on, I saw a green vertical line on the screen. I asked her why this happened, because when I gave her the phone earlier, the screen was completely normal--and she even had the original photos to prove it. She tried to avoid the question and said she would go inside to ask. When she returned, she told me it was because my screen already had an existing defect, and that they never even opened my phone. This was dishonest. My phone was working perfectly fine until I gave it to them, and I don't know what they did that caused the damage. Then they pretended to call me about the "risk" afterward. If that risk was real, why didn't they tell me from the beginning, before taking my phone in? If they had, I would have refused the service right away, since my phone was still usable. Battery drain is not a serious issue. But they didn't say that--only after damaging my screen did they bring it up, clearly to avoid responsibility. When the manager came, she repeated the same story, refused to take responsibility, and said the only solution was for me to pay $329 for a new screen plus $89 for a battery replacement. While the issue was still unresolved, she simply walked away to do something else and never came back to talk to me. She treated me with disrespect and discrimination, just because my English is not fluent and because I am Asian. I am extremely disappointed with Apple's customer service and behavior. This was my first time ever getting an iPhone repaired, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a horrible experience. If your iPhone still works, that's fine. But if you ever have a problem, I strongly recommend that you just buy a new phone instead of coming here for a repair--so you won't have to go through what I went through.
