After waiting about 10 minutes it was my turn. I told the associate what I was picking up. Gave home my name several times and the order number. The associate seem very confused as he was trying hard to sell me printer paper, then a membership to something. I told him no thank you. That I just wanted my item and to recycle some old ink cartridges. He told me I needed to purchase $50.00 in order to cycle cartridges to which I reminded him that I had just spent $60.00. The people here seem confused.

I read reviews about top chairs and the Steelcase Leap was one of them. Unfortunately, it cost more than $1,000, and sometimes over $2,000 with certain upgrades, so it wasn't really realistic for me. So I made it my mission to visit every place in the Greater Houston area that sold desk chairs. Signature was the furthest away from my house, and I was tempted to forego the drive. But I found a couple of other things to do in the area and just made a day of it. I actually first visited Signature at their old location, on the day that they were moving to their new location. There weren't many chairs available because things were in transit, but one of the employees showed me the most popular option, and I couldn't have loved it anymore. It was the Steelcase Leap v2, which retails in the price range that I mentioned above. However, at Signature, these gently used chairs are $350. As it turns out, my new employer provided me with a stipend for office furniture of..... $350. A match made in heaven. So I went back a couple of weeks later, this time in their new location. And this time, there was a gigantic room with approximately 10 million different office chairs inside. I was told that this was not even half of their inventory, which is crazy. But I was so happy with the Steelcase Leap and its price that I didn't even bother trying the other 9.9 million options. I can't recommend Signature highly enough. Get a great chair (or any office furniture) that's like 97% new for a fraction of the price.

They close at 2 pm in Saturdays. I was greeted by a friendly employee who then introduced me to the sales guru, Kalani. I told him my budget on an office chair because the one I'm sitting on is no longer functional. It wobbles like riding a horse. He showed me 2 types of chairs made by Herman Miller. One has great back support and many adjusting features. One cheaper and without a couple of features. I'll take the higher one because that adjustable back support. I also toured showroom while I'm looking for an L-shaped table. All they got is sit stand desks, even L-shaped. It was pricier than I could afford but they look and feel nice. I told him I need to check with my employer if I could get subsidized for a replacement chair. As I was thinking, it's time to replace my El Cheapo L-shaped desk from Amazon. I had it for a year and my whole-body aches because I sit all day. I'm forever grateful to see they got what I needed. It's not far away from Chinatown. I will be back to pick up few furniture to resettle my working from home office with comfort and style.

I've known the Camperi's for 25 years and have always appreciated their quality and service. They also have quite a few nice pieces of art that I've acquired over the years from my office and home. It's always better to buy a quality piece of furniture at a good price than something overpriced that you have to put together with instructions no one can understand and a hexagon screwdriver!

The parking is more than ample, selection is out of this world (who needs to go to Japan when we have a Teso Life close by?), prices decently fair, and facilities clean. One item category that sticks out is the 3D puzzles. I wish I snapped a photo of that. Other items include Asian drinks, ramen, sunblock, beauty supplies, and so much more. Teso Life shares a parking lot with other high foot traffic stores like 99 Ranch for Asian groceries, Paris Baguette for pastries and desserts, LadyM for the best crepe cakes, Somi Somi for the world's best Taiyaki, and much much more! I brought it in on Saturday, hoping against hope that I might somehow have it back by Sunday. The technician explained that repairs typically take 2-3 days and couldn't promise it would be ready, but he listened to my situation, was incredibly understanding, and even added a note to my account asking that it be expedited if possible. From the moment I walked in at 10:00 a.m., I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Since I was the first customer of the day, I was helped right away, and everyone I interacted with was professional, patient, and kind. Today (Sunday), I decided to take a chance and stop by anyway--and to my surprise, my Surface Pro was ready! I was so relieved and excited I almost cried. To top it all off, I needed to replace my detachable keyboard. Axel and Tony (the Apple vendor) went above and beyond with their customer service. They helped me find an open-box keyboard, which saved me over $100! This was my very first Geek Squad experience, and I'm officially a fan. The combination of excellent service, genuine care, and helping me save money completely exceeded my expectations. From now on, Geek Squad will be my first stop whenever I need tech support. 1 star. I purchased…read morea new MacBook Pro for store pickup expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the first unit I received had damage / cosmetic issues even though it was sold as new. I returned the same day for an exchange, and the replacement had similar issues again. That meant multiple trips back and forth to the store, wasted time, fuel costs, and a lot of frustration just to receive a product that should have been correct the first time. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Online chat support told me the store could handle compensation or make it right. When I went to the store, employees and management told me they could not do anything and that I needed to contact online support because they had the authority. So I was pushed back and forth between chat support and the store with no clear ownership of the problem. I had to escalate the matter multiple times across different channels, yet no one handled it properly in a timely manner. I also reached out directly through X, Facebook, and Instagram. While they apologized, they stated they do not compensate for time or fuel. Best Buy customer service was extremely poor throughout this experience. Customers should not have to chase multiple departments after paying premium prices for a new product. If you want a smooth and positive shopping experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Best Buy.
