I'm actually not even checking in to get the discount. I wanted to make sure my boy Ethan, who's…read moreworking tonight and has been incredibly helpful to me in the past, gets some recognition. I told him I'd make sure everybody knew how helpful he was the next time I checked in, but then I realized he deserves the shoutout now. Ethan has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed something. Dude deserves some recognition for holding it down on the graveyard shift. And if my cosign for the graveyard-shift All-Star Ethan isn't enough, this is also easily the Vape City in the area with the best selection. A 24-hour smoke shop with this badass of a selection, decent prices, and someone like Ethan behind the counter at this hour is pretty hard to beat. Definitely worth giving this location a shot, and if Ethan's working, you're in good hands.

Went back to the shop to explain the situation. I wasn't rude, wasn't looking for drama, just expected some effort to make it right. Instead, I got a shrug and a "sorry about the mix up." That was it. Any other business in the area would have replaced it, refunded it, or at least offered a solution. Here? Nothing. End result: $40 straight into their trash can. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what matters and this place failed hard.
