Given the weather situation, I sat out in the coffee bar area. People working there are really cool. I tried their Cafe Corona coffee. It's a pretty spicy drink, which it compliments the cigar you're smoking. So i definitely highly recommend. The humidor is pretty loaded as well. Lots of brands to choose from.

Their sticks are usually nice to smoke and also priced where you would think. I can't wait to try another stick here because each time has been so enjoyable even on sticks I smoke on a regular basis. I told him I'd make sure everybody knew how helpful he was the next time I checked in, but then I realized he deserves the shoutout now. Ethan has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed something. Dude deserves some recognition for holding it down on the graveyard shift. And if my cosign for the graveyard-shift All-Star Ethan isn't enough, this is also easily the Vape City in the area with the best selection. A 24-hour smoke shop with this badass of a selection, decent prices, and someone like Ethan behind the counter at this hour is pretty hard to beat. Definitely worth giving this location a shot, and if Ethan's working, you're in good hands.

Just recently my boyfriend went into the store and stepped outside to open the package and hit it before leaving and it did not work when he went inside to nicely tell the older man that works there if he can either get a refund or a replacement and he was turned away by the man cursing "fuck you" "your always have a problem just don't come back" and "I don't need your money". The worst costumer service I have ever witnessed to date. It's unfortunate that store owners like this don't appreciate customers that spend hard earned money with them just to get treated like this.
