Just recently my boyfriend went into the store and stepped outside to open the package and hit it before leaving and it did not work when he went inside to nicely tell the older man that works there if he can either get a refund or a replacement and he was turned away by the man cursing "fuck you" "your always have a problem just don't come back" and "I don't need your money". The worst costumer service I have ever witnessed to date. I've never seen a cigar and coffee place before it definitely looks like a place that people will just sit here and chill/talk but it's more geared towards smokers and older audience.
