28120 Southwest Freeway Rosenberg, TX 77471 United States This is the address where my incident happened.    So first My name is Gilbert Torres,  I go to this location for all my needs I may have, never really had an issue with anyone there. Taken I normally go during the evening hours. Today I come by about 30 minutes ago. And I wanted to buy a detox and drug test. So before i ask for a detox, and the young lady that helped me asked for my id, I unfortunately left my wallet in my car, it was pouring rain, and I didn't wanna go back out there and get soaked.. well they gave me that look well, we can't help you. So I said alright whatever. I go get soaked grab my stuff I come back inside. And they have all my stuff at the counter waiting to pay... I paid... and literally they never asked me for my ID. So they refused service because I didn't have my ID and I go get it... get rained on. And they still didn't ask me for it when I went to pay... now... how much sense does that make... to me 0... so after I pay. I tell person that helped me... " if your not going to even look at my ID don't send people out in the rain. To get rained on just to not follow through on your policy" I was pretty upset. But I still said it calmly even though I was really annoyed because it was pouring outside and they made me just get all wet for pretty much nothing.. The guy that checked me out just blamed the girl that helped me and said " well I wasn't the one that asked for your ID"  and I'm just like again just don't force people to do something when you won't follow through on your end in general...  Then I'm guessing a manager was there wearing a white vape city shirt spoke up. And said "sir sorry but you're not a regular, so we don't know you.." ....  Umm first of all. I'm a rewards member. (7134943002) So I'm pretty sure I'm a regular. And it wasn't even about that. I just didn't want to get rained but I did. And it was for nothing. The lady proceeded to argue with me. Going back and forth. Really for no reason. I already paid and everything. But she still want to go back and forth with me, and was going off. Then told me we don't have to give you are business. And I said well cool lose business then and I left.  Really unfortunate that I wasn't even being loud or rude. I just was saying don't make people do something when you guys won't even follow through on your end. Plain and simple. I don't know who the girl in the white shirt was. But she definitely made me really angry on top of me already getting poured on and soaking wet.  I would've taken a "sorry sir" and been on my day. But they wanted to fight and go back and forth. And run there mouth for no reason and tell me I'm not a regular. When the lady is never there when I come. So yeah that lady don't need to be running stores if that what she does plain and simple. I bought a battery for my cart and it didn't work. Came back the next day to return it the person at the counter said he couldn't do anything without proof such as a receipt. Which me being a normal human being threw away the receipt . I showed proof from my bank that I pursued this device from this location. Unfortunately the worker said a bank statement is not proof. I have never in my life have bought something and tried to return it and got told that a bank statement is not proof. So if you buy any device or anything that needs to be charged to work make sure you test it before leaving and DONT THROW AWAY YOUR RECEIPT. I won't be coming back... read more
