Don't ever waste your time or money coming into this smoke shop!…read more On multiple occasions I have bought a vape pen that has either burned up on me or would not hit as soon as I would open the package. Just recently my boyfriend went into the store and stepped outside to open the package and hit it before leaving and it did not work when he went inside to nicely tell the older man that works there if he can either get a refund or a replacement and he was turned away by the man cursing "fuck you" "your always have a problem just don't come back" and "I don't need your money". The worst costumer service I have ever witnessed to date. It's unfortunate that store owners like this don't appreciate customers that spend hard earned money with them just to get treated like this.

Was sold expired nic salts (dated 2024) and a disposable vape that requires a proprietary charger,…read morewith zero warning that I'd need a special charger to even use it. Went back to the shop to explain the situation. I wasn't rude, wasn't looking for drama, just expected some effort to make it right. Instead, I got a shrug and a "sorry about the mix up." That was it. Any other business in the area would have replaced it, refunded it, or at least offered a solution. Here? Nothing. End result: $40 straight into their trash can. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what matters and this place failed hard.
