I work really close by, so this place is super convenient and they are always very professional and helpful. The owner is a younger guy that obviously understands what customer service is all about. Him and his employees go above and beyond. You should give them a try, I bet you'll come back!! They have tons of flavors and good mods as testers...which can be an issue if the testers are a lesser unit than what you're using. I've referenced the style of personal service him and his guys give in my own meetings to my employees. That in itself should say something.

I really can't believe that anyone would leave a person like JD behind the counter of any business…read more I am an anger management and addiction counselor subcontracted by Harris County and several churches throughout the greater Houston area. I have seen some of the most alarming behavior that you can imagine. The experience that I had today kind of blew my mind...and I have been doing this for many years. I usually see behavior like this during therapy and not out in the public in such a place that is meant to be a chill spot. I can't make a bad recommendation on the business as I have had very pleasant experiences there in the past with everyone that I have encountered. Today was different...alarmingly different and very disappointing as I saw someone who may be a father crumble so easily into whatever it was that is going on in his life as if I was the person of which he had conflict with. I stood in disbelief of what I was witnessing, but knew it so well Shaking hands, pacing, facial contortions, flush skin, enlarged and darting eyes along with a loud voice of accusation as to me being the reason for the loss of his composure. It's a very common condition for those that have experienced trauma and have not received the tools to understand how to cope with it. I deal with this every day What I don't normally see, is it occurring with such magnitude in a place of business. JD's eyes were flashing around from place to place with a look like he wanted to assault me. Also, very common with those that with anger issues. At one point, he approached me way too closely with eyes that I've seen before during rage... all I asked him to do was call his manager Without going on and on about it, you can imagine my surprise and concern with such behavior in a place of business. It actually induced concern for my safety and anyone else that may encounter him in that state. I tried a couple of my go to approaches that are usually very effective situations like this but JD was locked in, so I decided to just leave. I've always had a hard time walking away from someone who is in distress, so I went home and got my card to give JD in case maybe he would be willing to discuss what happened later once he and maybe I could arrange for him to receive some therapy. My attempt only seemed to further enrage him. I hope ownership or management is monitoring this review as JD refused to give me the number to his manager. Alex P. and Amanda are listed as members of ownership and founders of the company My phone number is (713) 480-1604 if you would like to contact me for further discussion Please send me a text with your name, phone number, and reference G smoke so that I will know what it's regarding as I receive many phone calls and texta throughout my day I would really appreciate someone from your store to contact me on this matter as JD checked off all the boxes of someone who needs therapy and certainly does not have the coping skills to control his anger.
