These guys had an impressive site and showed up #1 on google so figured they must be good at SEO. I had an initial consultation with an account manager and was very impressed with them as a company, their process and with the account manager and her knowledge as well. I've talked to quite a few web design firms and this was the one I was planning on going with. I had a call on a Friday morning and was told I would get a quote the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I waited a week before contacting them and was told sorry they will get a quote out right away. I must have followed up with them another 3-4 times and continually was told sorry we'll get one over to you. It's been about a month and never got the quote. This leads me to one of two conclusions. They are either really bad at customer service or my budget of 5k-7k wasn't worth their time. I've come to learn these many of these smaller boutique firms won't touch a build for under 20k. If thats the case thats fine but at least have the courtesy to tell me that. I was disapointed as after my consultation I was thoroughly impressd and was planning on using this company over the dozen or so others I spoke with but unfortunately was never able to get a quote. I know many people are bad at follow up once they have your money but if this is the customer service I get when you are trying to earn my business I can only imagine how bad it is once you have my money.

Been a long time customer but reconsidering over the past few years. Received a random invoice from the President Eric for $30,000. Haven't had work done on our website in years. After numerous run around calls. He says he sent it to the wrong customer. Pretty big oops if you ask me. He also sounded. Spaced out if I had to put it into words. It was the middle of the working day. Not sure. Many employees there sound very much like him. I would be careful with your money around this company. I'm posting this anonymously because this company has a reputation of raising prices on difficult customers. Which is why my buddy who referred me pays much less than I do for hosting. Very shady business practices where prices change depending on who you are.
