I had no idea what to do but I knew that I needed everything that was on that computer. Afraid that my hard drive died I called up a friend for help and he recommended Sun Telesolutions because he had used them and was very impressed and I must mention they come out to you. When I called them, I explained what happened and they listened to every word. it was easy to schedule an appointment and what's even better is that when the IT Tech came out to my house, she was able to find the problem, recommend a cheaper solution and she fixed it! This business knows what they are doing and are great at their job. It's nice that I don't have to unplug my computer and take it to a store where it could take days to get it fixed. They come out to you and do whatever they can to solve the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend Sun Telesolutions! There is no doubt if any of my computers fail at my business I will call them again.

Belia was outstanding in resolving our problems after we had moved from San Francisco to Chicago…read moreand needed to reconnect our PC, printer and laptops wirelessly with one another. She was very, very patient when it ran into a glitch and gave very freely of her time on two days to resolve the issue (she worked both at our apartment and remotely). We couldn't ask for anyone better than Belia for getting things done correctly and quickly when it comes to various PC and IT problems. I would highly recommend Belia to anyone looking for quick and thorough help. She is also a great communicator, so you never feel lost at sea, which can often happen when everything goes kaflooey with one's IT. A really great experience working with her!

Mark Lebowitz is a caring and intuitive IT tech…read more I was starting to panic after 2 weeks of no wifi in my home. Comcast had run new cable from the pole but when the problem continued, it became my fault, not theirs. I scrambled to find an independent IT contractor and after a few failed attempts, called Lebowitz IT Services. He ran a "ping test" diagnosis on my modem (which I lease from Comcast) and while the signal was strong, there were inconsistencies that could have been enough to interrupt my service. I then insisted Comcast send another tech and sure enough, that was the problem. They actually had to "dumb-down" my modem to an older model that was more tolerant of the inconstancies. I can certainly recommend Mark for any home business IT work.

The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.
