Better than most, even moving furniture to clean behind and below, cleaned the outer glass doors, cleaned the oven, etc. They were done in 2 hours (for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment). Side Note (because I feel this is important to say): I would caution anyone looking at their reviews to put little consideration into the 2 1-star reviews they've gotten... One Yelper is giving them a negative rating for not speaking English and being culturally different. I too dealt with both business owners. They seem like good people. While the gentleman speaks bluntly, that's a common trait with Eastern Europeans. Neither are rude and to say so is ignorant. The other Yelper is mad that they didn't call to confirm her appointment even though they send these instructions to the customer in writing. We're adults. We don't need coddling. If anything, it seems like she's the unprofessional one for canceling last minute because she didn't get a call the day before. Just as she expects of the business owners, the customer could have followed up with them. Then to take to Yelp to bash them? Pettiness at its finest. If you look at her profile, nearly all reviews are 1-star ratings. Take these Yelpers with a grain of salt.
