I came here back in November 2014 to have memorial fliers printed for my father's funeral service. Although they are a small shop, they actually perform a variety of services, and at an affordable rate too. I placed my order on Monday and they were ready on Wednesday. They also included extra fliers at no additional cost, due to some mechanical issues earlier in the week. They even wrote a sweet note about my father on the top of the box when I picked the fliers up :) I will be coming here for any future printing needs, instead of expensive Kinkos! read more

I have been going to The Complete Package for years, perhaps since they opened. They have done both of my daughters wedding invitations, designs for many cards and miscelaneous items, my work stuff, stickers, copies, notary, I take all the packages from my business to be shipped UPS... Just name it, they do it! It is very convinnient for me and I love that it is a local family owned business in which everyone works hard to deliver great service, great products at a great price. Did I say GREAT many times? I did, because it is GREAT! Bob (the owner) works hard to please all the needs of his customers and Lauren (his daughter) who has Autism does a great job in the front desk. Bob has been an excellent father by quitting an executive job to open his own business in order to give his daughter the opportunity to work and try to better her skills every day, although we all know that having Autism is not an easy task, she does the best that she can and yes, sometimes she comes across as very direct and short, however... once you get to know her, she warms up and feels more comfortable expressing herself. It is our choice how to react, a little understanding goes a long way. Perhaps the people that have been negative don't understand Lauren's health issues (like Becky G.) I don't wish on anybody the experience of having a child with a disability, because of the difficulty of it and because only then... one can understand how difficult that can be. Sometimes we are so into ourselves that we can't stop to think for a moment that not everyone has been blessed with perfect health and we are quick to judge. Some of us need to learn to be compassionate and to understand that it is not all about us. Some people are high maintenance and they are never going to be happy no matter what. Life happens while we are blaming and accusing... However, If you want to be treated like a Queen, act like one! I do believe in customer service and I do know that The Complete Package offers amazing customer service. I have never been to this place or even heard of it until I was searching for some place that would accept USPS packages. I was in a bind and needed to mail a package and couldn't get to a post office in time. I found this business and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted by a young girl. I asked if I could get a receipt for my package which already had a pre printed label on it with tracking. The girl told me they don't give receipts but when it's scanned, it will show on my tracking. I reluctantly left my package about 4:45 on a Friday evening. I checked all night and the package still showed as not scanned or received. When I woke up the next morning, it still did not show received. I called and spoke to a young man and asked why my package hadn't been scanned, he looked for it, apologized and said he would scan it right then. 3 hours later it was still not scanned! I called back and spoke to the same young man. Asked if he remembered me and he did. I asked why my package still did not show as scanned, he said it would when USPS scanned it at their facility... That's not what was told to me earlier! Needless to say, my package did not show as scanned until 28 hours after I dropped it off! I have never had a third party mailing facility take so llong in mailing a package... EVER! read more

Amazing service! I had some baby shower invitations printed this week, and Emily was very accommodating. She is quite creative and delivered a superior product. Also, I am quite impressed with the opportunities that the owner, Bob, has provided his lovely daughter.
