The first time my experience with them was great, but the 2nd time wasn't so great. The first time I had a business window decal sign installed by Fast Signs. My old sign was not installed correctly and had a lot of bubbles and creases.They printed and installed the new sign within 5 days of me first contacting them. It is high quality and looks great on my store window. Also installation took less than 30 mins. But the 2nd time wasn't so great. At a later time I called Fastsigns to install a new can store sign for my business. After telling me what I needed, they said they would call me back to arrange for the sign set up but never did. Also they quoted me about $1,000 for this sign, which I ended up getting for less than half at another place. read more

I'm changing my star rating from a 5 to a 1 star. For 3 years, I did a hundred thousand dollars worth of signage business with them. But since the ownership group changed a couple years ago, they are totally incompetent and take not responsibility for their product. They clearly state that they dont want small business accounts and just 'big accounts.' I'll be surprised if they are in business a year from now. I contacted Fastsigns via email on a Public Hearing sign I needed to be made for the construction project I'm doing on my house. Kaitlyn was employee that assisted be right away and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products and processes on what a public hearing sign needed. (This was my first time ever doing something like this.) She answered emails right away and made the process extremely smooth. I needed the sign within a week. Kaitlyn and Fastsigns made it happen! They sent me the proof picture on what my sign would look like. Once I approved the proof, the invoice was sent via email. I paid a small fee to have the sign delivered to my house. Unfortunately, our second install did not go quite as well. Long story short, there were a couple of errors in the proofing process that caused a few delays in our install. Absolutely easy to deal with, great communication and quality results. I had them make nearly 30 custom signs that required a bunch of strange cuts and designs. They all came out exactly like the proof they sent prior to finishing the work. I will keep using them for my business and give referrals whenever possible. I've went here a couple of times to have some work down and was very impressed by Lance and his team. They did a wonderful job. I had them put decals for my company on the back window of my truck. The final product they produced was exactly to my specifications and the install job they did was beautiful. Some time later I went somewhere else to have labeling done on my work truck because the price was a little cheaper. Big mistake. I went back to Lance and his crew at Fastsigns when I got my second work truck. They did a beautiful job and I was happy to pay just a little more to have the job done right. However, after I got it I realized that my measurements (not FastSign's) were off. Lance and his crew are top notch, they have done all of my signs, and sticker printing for my shop. They are not just fast, but amazing to work with, and prices are very affordable. Today I went to Fast Signs in Brea and asked if they had any solutions to help get the magnetic signs off my van as they seem to have melted onto the van.
