Fast forward to our initial meeting, Cynthia completely gained my trust at that meeting. I can tell they understood our vision, elegance and the budget we had in mind. Side Note: We called Vidal and Cynthia hours before going into labor and we shot that night at midnight). I mean talk about ACCOMMODATION! They truly have seen our family grow! If that isn't enough, they also shot family pictures for my Dad's 60th birthday. More than anything the way they catch candid moments are by far my favorite. We learned a lot of valuable and meaningful information through the entire process of building our app Assuaged. We initially had an idea that was valuable, but not enough for today's market. We needed more guidance and mentorship. Creative27 fulfilled and exceeded above all expectations. I didn't believe in myself or ideas before meeting Vasile and his excellent team at Creative27. I'm a disabled Veteran and I have PTSD, and at one point I was obese and pre-diabetic. I stay home 95% of the time and I'm not very social at all. I gave up thinking I could find something that would make me feel accomplished. My wife Cindy has encouraged me to take my ideas and ambitions to the next level. I resisted this many times until she got me on a phone call with Vasile. The idea of investing your money into building an app product not knowing the future is very scary. But I will tell you 100% that this award-winning developer knows the game and how to bring you from nothing and build you into something you never saw in yourself before. They took our ideas and added their ideas and incredible teamwork which led us here. My wife and I are very thankful words cannot really express. Creative27 is a very skilled and an expert brand in app development. I can promise you that they only take cases they believe in themselves. If it wasn't for this amazing team we wouldn't be here today and we wouldn't be able to do something so meaningful. Thanks Vasile for your entrepreneur mentorship, Julieta for your excellent marketing mentorship and to everyone at Creative27 for building such a beautiful app. Thanks for changing our lives, we're eternally grateful. I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
