Great small business. Good for a quick fun. Clean environment and everything works. 23 tokens for $20.

She turned 3 this year and some how discovered Chuck E Cheese on Youtube. So naturally we needed to throw her birthday party here. We chose the Gilroy site as it is a little bit more intimate and parking is plentiful. My daughter reserved a table and purchased a party package. Each child received a bracelet with unlimited tokens. It took a minute for us to get our table even though there were reservations made. Thank goodness the kids were busy using up their unlimited tokens bracelets. It took some time to receive our food even though we had to wait for our table. At least the food was decent. Pizza didn't taste like cardboard and the salad bar was fresh. When it came time for Chuck E Cheese to make his appearance I was astonished at how my brilliant 3 year old grandangel was not only not afraid of this giant mouse but she also knew all the songs and dances. I guess her Youtube research paid off..lol! All in all she had a blast. She still talks about it and we are a month out. She wants to go back and I think we will need to make that happen sooner rather than later! Thanks, Chuck and gang!

It was a fun time with my friend and they had such cute toys in the machine. I feel it could definitely use some lovely music to make the experience even more fun, and maybe a few easy machines at a higher price for the claw-challenged crowd like my friend, so everyone comes home a winner.

Sure, we spent $50 for a full basket of coins... but it was for fun and we ended up donating the 10 stuffies to his school for the prize closet. The claw does pick up the stuffies, but falls before it gets to the drop area. So it's an adrenaline rush. But by the three grab, you'll be able to win it! If you like to gamble, don't come here. LOL! We got sucked into playing the Labubu machine. We grabbed the box a couple times. So close! But that machine was more coins than the regular. And after 5 tries each, we realized we were burning through the coins quick. Definitely coming back with the whole family and deeper pockets... Hoping for different selection of stuffies next time we come, so we aren't trying to win the same ones again.

They have a lot of popular games, but they don't have Time Crisis! I was also pretty bummed that quite a few machines were broken. The ticket to prize ratio is very high. The claw machines seem really difficult, but there were a decent number of people walking around with plushies. The price per try for a claw machine is ridiculously high as well, so probably not attainable for casuals. The arcade games seem reasonable in comparison, but 8 credits still maps to around a dollar per play. $20 each and a lot of walking around lasted us maybe 2 hours. If you want to play the Japanese rhythm games (specifically the washing machine MaiMai one, it looks like they have an unspoken community of intense people. Jenny and Chris are not at work. The thing was, I got charged another 16 dollars after paying the first time at the counter when I first got the balls and the rack. I overtime an hour. That was what the charge was about. I had no problem paying another 16, but this shift leader failed to prove that she was responsible for noticing that my time was up. It was 30 seconds to have someone coming up telling me, "Hey, time's up, pack your shit and leave." Then I'd be happy to pounce, but no. She argued that it is MY responsibility to have my time managed, and their employees indeed wrote down the time I have to be out ON THE RECEIPT. Well, I never pay attention to my receipt but the amount I have to pay. And by that handwritten note on the receipt which was in the trash can 15 seconds after I took it. I have no idea I got overtimed. Well, $16 is not a big deal to me. It might be somebody's wage for an hour, it might be a good meal for a homeless person, but today there is a reason for me to write down this review about having bad customer service at the overpriced place in the arcade. Thanks for spending time reading this stupid complaint. If you are looking for a place for billiards, try Jimmy's or California. Trust me, they might be a bit distant, but they got a cheaper rate of 11.5-12.5/hour compared to what I paid, 16/hour. And got diamond tables ;) To be fair with round1, they got shitty brunswick crown fucking 10-20 years old. Cushions are busted on #2, 3. Clothes are filled with food and drink. TOUCH it, and you will feel sticky :))) Well, it is "well maintained"!!! The ONLY table having no problem is #6. Why? Because nobody wants to be put in the corner, and there is no space at all for the shot :))) but I handled it. Jenny and Chris, this is not just a complaint. I am also a manager and I DO care about my customers, because I put myself in their situations. I do sympathize and learn about my business's mistakes. Finally, this is a trick of trade. If you actually do care, try coming into your place and enjoying service as a customer. Don't let your employees know you were there. Then you can find problems and fix them.
