We had an amazing time at Fluffy town this morning! It was our 7 yr olds birthday and she LOVES claw machines, so we found this place and decided to have her birthday party there. We had a group of about 15 kids with their parents. The owner wasn't there but communicated with me via text to plan everything out and had her manager there to help. The manager, Albert, and employees Vanessa and Rith were so helpful! They made sure each kid won a stuffie by moving them around. They were attentive the entire time, walking around and helping all the kids and never seemed annoyed to have a bunch of kids asking them to help. One of my daughter's friends even won a Labubu!! Every child had a great time and everyone was saying how fun the party was. Afterwards we went to grab lunch across the street and celebrated with cake. Easy and fun for everyone.

I came across this newly opened claw machine shop while visiting Oakridge Mall and stopped to take a closer look. The plush toys are above average in quality. Compared to other nearby claw machine shops, there are fewer obviously knockoff or low quality plushies, to me that is very important. That said, the price reflects the quality. Each play costs one dollar, which is higher than many other machines in the area. During my visit, there were quite a few kids playing, and the business seemed to be doing well. Overall, this is a decent option if you care about plush quality and do not mind paying a bit more per try. If you are mainly looking for cheaper, casual fun, the pricing may feel a little high.

This is a nice size store. I love coming here and looking at all the Japanese toys and collectables. My kids like this place to. There are so many toys and a nice selection to. You have to go through all the aisles to make sure you don't miss anything. I always look for Godzilla stuff and the latest stuff from Japan. You just never know what they are going to have for sale.

I enjoy playing at this shop because it's very relaxing. Catching a plushie is such a pleasant surprise.

I took my son there on Mother's Day, and we had a wonderful day. I hope this store will stock more of my favorite plush toys, so I can come back again next time.

This place caught my eye while I was walking through the mall. I went in to check it out. They have 20+ stuffed animal claw machines. You have to buy tokens to play. You can even trade up all your winnings for a larger stuffy. While I was there, there was a young man who had a little cart filled with his winnings. Today I was an observer. I'm not very good at claw machines. Next time I might give it a go. The young man behind the front counter was so friendly. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them with kindness. Looks like a fun place for kids and adults.

My two older kids had a blast yesterday at Fluffy Town! It's located next to TP tea and Auntie Anne in the Oakridge Mall. My 9 year old heard her friends talk about it at school and kept wanting to go. It was our first time, Vanessa was very welcoming and my kids won and 3 plushies, including a Labubu plushie on their first try :) We will definitely be back.

Super cute plushies! Super friendly staff! Fluffy Town is the ultimate destination for claw machine enthusiasts! Their redemption-themed arcade offers a wide variety of adorable plushies and exciting rewards, all set in a cozy and whimsical atmosphere. Whether you're reliving the carefree joys of childhood or discovering the thrill of claw machines for the first time, Fluffy Town is here to bring happiness and unforgettable memories to everyone who visits. Go visit and see why Fluffy Town is more than just a game - it's a moment of pure joy! If luck wasn't on your side that day, you can also purchase the plushies inside the machines for $18 each.

Fluffy town is a real paradise for all. This store is fun, colorful and brings you into a whimsical mood. The whole shop has a playful vibe, pastel color and cute displays which attracts all ages. They have a lot of plushies and high quality collectible toys to inexpensive miniature toys. With the pop mart labubu craze , you are sure to find your labubu here. Must visit for toy lovers.

An fun place to hang out with friends or date! The process is really easy and simple to get coins, which you will use for plays. The employees are there to guide you through any questions you might have too! Their plushies are really cute and fun! And yes, it's not impossible to get the prizes, which you can also trade for points as well!

Adorable!!! One of the many prizes at Fluffy Town.

If you like claw machines, this is your place. If you don't like claw machines, you can't help but have fun here. I'm always skeptical about claw machines. They're designed so the house always wins, right? But here, you always have a fighting chance. And best yet? The whole staff is rooting for you! You should definitely try out this fun place in Oakridge Mall. PRIZES: Way above average. Most claw machines have plush that is hard and marginally cute. Fluffy Town has some great plush in assortments I haven't seen before. The most adorable Stitch plush. Super cute kitty plush. Harry Potter plush! Just so much to choose from. PLUS, you can just straight up buy them. Don't want to try your hand at the claw machine? Prices are totally reasonable. AND you can earn points toward bigger prizes! SERVICE: Seriously, the best customer service ever in an arcade setting and levels above most places period. They were so nice and helpful AND all you have to do is ask and they will reposition the plush to give you a better chance of grabbing it! I've never seen anything like it. Super friendly also. COST: If the service wasn't so great, this would be the best of all. At $1 per try or less, you can play quite a few times and it would be worth it for the fun. I can see hosting a birthday party here and getting a bunch of free tokens to give to the kids. So much fun!

    Nothing but smiles!

Another fun spot! I know these claw machine spots are trendy but what I appreciate about these places is there are opportunities for kids to win prizes! I don't get the sense the machines are calibrated against the players. Which means, there will be some great wins every so often. In one visit both my kids got a blind box, my daughter got hers on her first try! Way to go Fluffy Town, thanks for making it so fun for the kids!

usually you'll be able to find a Hello Kitty of some kind in a machine or two every week

The price per try for a claw machine is ridiculously high as well, so probably not attainable for casuals. Jenny and Chris are not at work. The thing was, I got charged another 16 dollars after paying the first time at the counter when I first got the balls and the rack. I overtime an hour. That was what the charge was about. I had no problem paying another 16, but this shift leader failed to prove that she was responsible for noticing that my time was up. It was 30 seconds to have someone coming up telling me, "Hey, time's up, pack your shit and leave." Then I'd be happy to pounce, but no. She argued that it is MY responsibility to have my time managed, and their employees indeed wrote down the time I have to be out ON THE RECEIPT. Well, I never pay attention to my receipt but the amount I have to pay. And by that handwritten note on the receipt which was in the trash can 15 seconds after I took it. I have no idea I got overtimed. Well, $16 is not a big deal to me. It might be somebody's wage for an hour, it might be a good meal for a homeless person, but today there is a reason for me to write down this review about having bad customer service at the overpriced place in the arcade. Thanks for spending time reading this stupid complaint. If you are looking for a place for billiards, try Jimmy's or California. Trust me, they might be a bit distant, but they got a cheaper rate of 11.5-12.5/hour compared to what I paid, 16/hour. And got diamond tables ;) To be fair with round1, they got shitty brunswick crown fucking 10-20 years old. Cushions are busted on #2, 3. Clothes are filled with food and drink. TOUCH it, and you will feel sticky :))) Well, it is "well maintained"!!! The ONLY table having no problem is #6. Why? Because nobody wants to be put in the corner, and there is no space at all for the shot :))) but I handled it. Jenny and Chris, this is not just a complaint. I am also a manager and I DO care about my customers, because I put myself in their situations. I do sympathize and learn about my business's mistakes. Finally, this is a trick of trade. If you actually do care, try coming into your place and enjoying service as a customer. Don't let your employees know you were there. Then you can find problems and fix them.

They are held at California Extreme in Santa Clara, Golden Gate Pinball Festival in Lodi and Pin-a-Go-Go in Dixon. California Extreme is not exclusive with Pinball Machines. There are also tons of arcade games for those who enjoy them. We have enjoyed attending these events whenever we're able to. In the past, our work schedules often got in the way. Now that we're retired, our vacation schedules often cause conflicts. The people who run this event have always done a tremendous job of getting others to bring their beloved machines, set on free play, for the masses to play. In return, they get free admission. A substantial number of volunteers are also needed to load-in, load-out, wipe down, perform minor repairs, scorekeepers, registration, check-in, etc., etc. We attend to see Pinball Machines that we've never seen before, to play with machines that are hard to find, to play new machines, but mostly to play in the tournament. Yes, there are cash purses and trophies or plaques to be one. Bragging rights galore! But for players at my level, it's mostly about WPPR Points that affect your International Flipper Pinball Association Ranking. As I write this review, I am 8640 out of 103,576 players in the world. Does it mean anything? Only to my ego. At one time, I was sub-3000. I simply don't play in enough tournaments to keep my ranking. This year's tournament entry fee was $2 per game. That is not particularly expensive BUT there was no limit to the number of entries that one could purchase. This changes that tournament of skill and luck to one of skill, luck and DEEP POCKETS. In my opinion, there should be a single buy-in. Everyone plays the same number of games on the games that are available. Yes, this will reduce the prize money but so what? Whatever happens, happens. If you have a great day, congratulations. If you have a lousy day, better luck next year. But under the unlimited buy-in, you just keep putting out money until you have a few good games to tie together for your final score. What? The tournaments almost over but you're in 11th place and only the first 10 places are in the money. Well, play some more and hope to improve your score and win! Anyway, without the tournament to play in, I will either only attend California Extreme one day only or skip it all together moving forward. Additionally, this year, for the first time, the Hyatt is now charging $40 to park overnight. This was either not disclosed at the time of booking or I somehow missed it. When I complained, it was discounted $20 because I was staying there for California Extreme and another $10 because I'm a Hyatt member. I was told that, "all the other area hotels are charging more for parking and the Hyatt is just trying to catch up." There was a 49ers exhibition game on Saturday, August 19th, and parking was expected to be at a premium and traffic would be a zoo. To counter that, we arrived way early to get a space. We arrived at 8:30 for a 10:00 opening. Because we left the house so early, we didn't have time to eat breakfast, but we had plenty of down time in the hotel (check-in was at 3:00pm), so we opted for breakfast in the hotel (see our review for Evolution). Breakfast Buffet at $28 per person vs Continental Breakfast at $22 per person. So, while California Extreme is still lots of fun, between the costs and the crowds and a Deep Pocket Tournament, it may be time for us to move on.

My recommendation: if you're here for a date, sure. But if you're here for a big birthday /…read morecelebration event - skip it. The staff who took care of our table was fantastic and very patient with us. But the staff who greeted me and the manager there were not so. I won't reveal their names because by doing that - I know they would lose their jobs. And in this economy, losing jobs at Golfland means the outcomes would be really bad. My point is - as long as you are doing something extremely simple: don't need to engage in any communication or coordination with the Golfland staff (and their HQ's people), it is not a bad place to spend an afternoon with kiddos.

On a busy Sunday afternoon, that meant that many parties were waiting for the one in front to complete their round before they could proceed. You can skip as needed but the courses are designed to get progressively harder so going in order is the recommended option. The mats where you tee up the ball were mostly worn down and should be replaced, but the rest of the equipment were relatively well maintained. Inside is an arcade and a concession bar in case you need to fuel up. In order to take advantage of certain promotions, like the 3 and under golf for free, you need to download the app first which is a bit inconvenient but at least you get to save $17.50.

It wasn't crowded at all and perfect to host a party. The food is surprisingly really good. The pizzas are made fresh there and tasted great. Michelle was super accommodating and could tell we didn't necessarily order enough pizza. She was exactly right and was able to get us in a quick order right in time. She was responsive via text message and always very sweet. She never came off frustrated despite my millions of questions. Just a heads up you have to purchase their socks if you plan on going into the play area! Also, the extra playtime if your party goes over is also $50, but honestly, everyone was ready to leave by 12pm because the kids were so tired. So we didn't need to pay to extend. The play area was amazing, and the kids had a blast. I recommend this place for hosting parties!

The indoor play area is usually clean, and there's so much for kids to do from bungee jumping, a rock climbing wall, playground structures, bounce houses, mini golf, ball pits, a mini town, and obstacle courses. My kids absolutely love it here, and even the older ones still have a great time. We also enjoy the cafe being able to grab pizza and drinks makes it easy to spend a few hours without having to leave. We have hosted a birthday party here a few years ago, and it was super smooth. The private rooms you can rent are a nice touch. Overall, it's just a fun, easy place for families. Definitely recommend!
