I chose this place because they offer mini manicures too, which definitely helped convince her and she absolutely loved everything about it. She had so much fun that when we got home, she wanted to play pretend and have me "get my hair cut." It was the cutest thing. I know this place is a bit pricier, but for us, it felt worth it. The $39 package (at the time we went) included a hair wash and conditioning, getting to pick her own station and show to watch, princess braids with clips, hair glitter, a blow dry, nail painting, and at the end she got a lollipop and a tattoo. We even got to take our receipt next door for a free small cookie, which was such a fun bonus. Cindy was amazing with her so patient, kind, and really made her feel comfortable the whole time. I also loved that the braids were included. Overall, such a fun and memorable first haircut experience. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking to make it feel special for your little one!

There was only one stylist working but luckily I was the only customer right off the bat. The stylist was Savannah and she made sure I had a great experience! She talked through a couple different things first: what I liked about haircuts, what I didn't like, how I like to style my hair, etc. She took her time to make sure my haircut was about as perfect as it could be, all while having a great conversation. The salon itself seemed newer than similar locations and was extremely clean. Also, make sure to use the app to put your name down on advance and check wait times. This was hands down, by far, the best haircut I have ever gotten from a walk-in chain, and I will surely be back for many haircuts to come! Thanks again, Savannah!

She has been going to the "the best hair Solon in Peoria" for a long time and almost always Lisa is the stylist who sees her. Almost always Stephanie is the receptionist who handles our appointments. I have two observations to share: 1. Her hair looks beautiful after every visit. She loves it. I love it. That's worth the trip in itself. But there is more. 2. She is treated with sensitivity and love. It is more than customer care; it is human caring and understanding and patience. There is no fee that can buy that. It comes from another motivation. If you want quality of service that is packaged with character, look no further. I will never take her anywhere else. How can you beat the best?
