When I asked for it to be fixed again, the barber became visibly frustrated and started complaining about having to make multiple changes, saying I was being excessive and that it was too much work. I even offered to pay for additional time or cuts, but the attitude continued. Mistakes and miscommunication happen -- how a business handles them matters.
