Poor time management and customer service. When someone walks into the establishment with an appointment, they should be greeted and checked in, period. First time we went here it was pure convenience of location but waiting 30 minutes after our appointment time for 1 haircut, was unprofessional. Decided to give this place another chance, disappointed once again. Walked in, no greeting, no check in, and waited 10 minutes before walking out. So, if you are looking to get in at a scheduled appointment time, not going to happen. read more

Been going here for just over a year now. They do beards. Best beards I've found in the area as a matter of fact. Prices are cheaper than other shops in the area for a beard and cut combo. They are appointment only though so make sure you schedule and don't just show up. Staff is friendly . Place is clean. And they got tv set to the crowd. If kids are in there one of them is on cartoons if sports are playing we got the game and the cut. Try em out you won't be disappointed. read more

First time customer at this place. I decided to give them a shot because of travel distance and I Ignored previous review on professionalism and courteous customer service but the previous review is not wrong. I had to call upon a barber to ask if I sign in or they magically know the order. I was asked for my appointment time which I didn't have, then I was given a business card to call and make one for a later day because they go by appointments only. I asked why Yelp says they take walk ins they said sometimes they do. I understand if everyone is busy and completely booked for the day but they clearly had barbers not doing nothing with empty chairs. It's too bad they don't have a barber to take in walk ins only. I live less than 3 miles from this business and will definitely not attempt them again or even recommend going there. read more

Definitely not giving your shop our business. I posted on the group page for "Buckeye Everything" on Facebook looking for a good barbershop in buckeye for my son's birthday and his school photos tomorrow. We arrived at 6:30, Facebook and even YELP says they close at 7:00, as soon as I opened the door I got rude looks from the stylists saying they closed at 6:00. And turned us away. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK OR GIVE YOU OUR BUSINESS. So rude, and unprofessional to turn away an 8year old who was just excited to get a haircut. read more

There was a price increase several months ago and today when i went in i see that senior haircut prices went up another 10% PLUS a 10% extra card for using a DEBIT card which hits their account immediately unlike a credit card where they are charged a fee. So today's fee increase amounted basically to a 23% increase. Sickening that businesses are taking advantage of the customers when times are so tough. I will be getting fewer haircuts and tips will be less as being a retired senior like i am being on a FIXED income that 23% change is almost a gallon of gas for the vehicle. read more

Stopped in today after another place butchered my sons hair cut. It looked awful but Francisco made it look amazing. My son was thrilled as was I. He took his time and made sure it was perfect and wasn't trying to just rush to the next. New to Arizona and i was shopping for a barber shop. Based on yelp reviews we tried this one. Gus the barber was great, but the rest of the atmosphere wasn't great at all. Nobody even said hello when my son and I walked in. My nine year old even pointed out that the people there weren't friendly. Not to mention the fact that their haircut prices are outrageously high. Thanks to Gus for a great conversation and for being friendly, you should pass that idea on to the rest of the barbers. We won't be returning. Have a generous 2 star rating just because Gus was friendly. read more

After two visits I give them a 4 star. They are 1 for 2 so far when it came to cutting my hair. The first haircut met my expectations, I believe Gus was the Barber for me that day. The 2nd haircut was not all that great. It almost looked unfinished. I had a different, younger Barber for this one. My vision of what I wanted may not have been descriptive enough, I was fortunately able to work with it though. I took my 8 year old son with me both visits, both of his cuts were on point. A job well done for his both times. They aren't open on Sundays, even though I saw people walking around inside last Sunday, they were still closed. So I had to take my Son and I over to a competitor's Barbershop. Make sure you go during the Week, cause it was standing room only despite the line of chairs along the wall the 2nd visit. And make sure you aren't in a hurry or have somewhere else to be, because you'll be waiting a good Half Hour or more easily. read more

Being military and moving around, one of the most difficult things I've realized is finding a barber shop that's worth have a s**t. It took me almost a year to find this gem of a shop. By far the best haircuts I've ever gotten, perfect every time. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. The owner/operator is my favorite barber there and she's very friendly and has a great memory as well. Don't even need to tell her what cut I'm going to get anymore! Awesome place. Do yourself a favor and quit going to the plain-Jane chain "hair stylists" and get over to K&k barber shop for a REAL haircut. read more

Gustavo is amazing with kids! Ive been bringing my six year old here for 2 years. My sons never picked his hair style and today in the car he asked . Didnt think he was serious untill after Gustavo started his usual hair cut and he was just sitting in the chair with the saddest face. I stopped Gustavo if he could pick what he wanted and he had no problem redirecting the hair style to what my son wanted . He continued to make jokes with my son and make him laugh. Most barbers im sure would be irritated. But he was very patient and made it work out perfect for my son. My sons smile afterwards was great! One of the worst hair cuts I've ever had. I even went back a second time because I was in a pinch and needed a fade but none of these barbers can give a nice clean fade and lineup to save their lives. The shop also uses those sorry vaccums that attach to the clippers and are super loud the entire time. Stop being lazy and learn to sweep. Also very overpriced. Tip to all employees learn to be light on the hand, I thought I had a concussion they way they dig into my head with the clippers. NEVER GOING BACK read more

I usually go to Sports Clips or Great Clips...decided to try a real Barber Shop and glad I did. Loved my haircut! The woman who cut my hair took her time didn't rush at all. That's the best thing in my opinion and it showed with my haircut. Definitely going back! Waiting area is standard chairs in rows and they were almost all full when I got there. However, didn't wait longer than 10 minutes before I was up. They had like 9 Barbers cutting at the same time. Great work! read more

Apparently this place is all about who you know and not about kindly waiting in line until your name gets called. My son and I waited over two hours waiting for our names to be called so we could get our hair cuts and instead the freaking barbers skipped over our name and took care of all the rest of the people that came in after us they seemed more worried about what they were going to watch next on tv then paying attention to the list where we wrote down our names. We've been coming here every two weeks all year long but that won't be happening anymore. I don't recommend this place at all they take care of the people they know before they take care of the rest of the customers read more
