My buddy and I have a usual guy…read more The usual guy had to reschedule to another day. We had to get a haircut before the weekend. We were on a time crunch. As my friend and I searched for local barbers to get us fixed up, we knew that we didn't have a lot if time left, as it was 4:30, and we hadn't gotten anything scheduled. In a last-ditch effort, we came across RookieFresh, and as we hopelessly waltzed in, they said they could happily fit both of us in for a walk-in. Not only was this a blessing, but the haircut was fantastic. Our guy did a great job, and we even got ti watch some good basketball, and talk sports betting. It was a nightmare situation, turned into an answered prayer. These guys are the truth!

He wasn't getting his haircut but the guys here were so sweet and accommodating to his needs. They let us sit in the back and even offered to let him play video games in what looked to be a personal lounge for the employees. I was so grateful for that and so was my son. My younger son was comfortable enough to stay alone in the chair with Marquez who did his haircut. My boy was really feeling himself when we left lol. You couldn't tell him nothing, look at his smile. They did a great job and we'll be returning.

Don't waste your time looking at their business information online, they apparently are not taking…read moreclients an hour before their closing time. "We are out of appointments". But yet they "do take walk ins" I was there on Friday at 6:25, they advertise they close at 7:00 and they turned me away, I understand I got there 30 minutes before closing, but there was 4 guys standing around that could've taken a new customer. I returned on Saturday at 5:45 and they turned me away again, still advertising they close at 7:00. Same excuse "we are booked". You either have to update that business information online, or the owner needs to start setting up a good example if he desires to stay in business. I did not get service done but will definitely not come back.

Only one guy here and he was busy and it about 15 min til closing time. So the guy here helped me make appts for the next day for all 3 of my boys. Searched online for some low/mid fades? My lingo is likely wrong lol! But I did my best and showed them pics for my boys and they know why to do and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing how to properly explain it. :) Very cute and cozy in here, feels like a man cave and I dig it. Very patriotic inside as well- which we love! My husband is retired USAF and we support our military and being so close to Luke AFB, I love that this spot is less than 5 min from my house. He blocked off a good chunk of time to allow us to arrive... (since I wasn't sure what time my oldest son would be getting off the bus).... I did call to let them know we were on way- I hate to make people wait when we have appts!! Usually I prefer to arrive early if I have an appt. If you're on time, you're late- is something we live by in our home. They also offer a military discount! For those who have served & are serving!
