I went to the barbershop to get a SIMPLE fade. The barber didn't know how to do the fade so he went off doing his own thing. To make matters worse I even showed him a picture before he started. The fade did not look good at all. In all honestly, I would recommend a barbershop in Avondale than some barbershop with pretty exterior but with barbers that don't know how to cut properly. I posted a review on Google and the owner responded months later claiming that I came back which was a lie and he knows it. I did not come back. Barbers who lie on their customers name shouldn't be trusted whatsoever.. especially this barbershop. Here's the screenshot of the google review. All in all, I would avoid this barbershop as they do mediocre cuts and the owner is sneaky. Stick to a barbershop in Avondale or Phoenix. At least you know their cuts are FRESH! read more

My husband had just flown in from Maryland the night before my grandpas funeral. We had called this shop to see if they could accommodate an early haircut as the funeral started at 9AM. The owner was more than happy to come in and cut his hair early, before his normal business hours!! My husband and I agree this was the best haircut he has ever received! From Scottsdale to South Phoenix, west and east. - 20/20 Barbershop has done THE best haircuts that my boys and husband have gotten - These guys are EXTREMELY detail oriented, I mean the cut is flawless. They listen to what my kids are trying to do with their hair and they get it right every time. As a mom, we notice anything not lookin right, we inspect. They have always consistently done a perfect job! My youngest 2 boys hate going to any barber, it's crying the whole time. Take this a 3.5 star. I really enjoyed coming here but they lost my trust after this cut. They've got barbers in there that are really clean with it and I've walked out very satisfied but this past time...this man obliterated my hair in the worst way possible, I've been in some bad haircut situations but he left it so uneven I have yet to find a way to style it without looking in the mirror and shedding a tear. I knew it was all down hill when he just ran clippers to my hair to take off the 1/4 inch I asked with no comb to even help him attempt to make a guess what a 1/4 inch might look like. I'd say the fade is clean at least but I asked for a medium and he took that as a high fade so might be time to find a new barber shop. read more

Went here with my husband and say the great reviews. I should them a picture and tried to explain what he was wanting. The barber insisted I tell him step by step instructions, I don't know I'm not a barber and it's not my job to know the technique. Well when we left he hade no fade and the top section was supposed to be long, it was cut super short. About 4 inches more then what we discussed. We went back for them to fix it, and the barber kept cutting the top section shorter. I tell him don't touch the top but he insists it will look good. Well it looks terrible and we have event photos coming up. They didn't really seem concerned or sympathetic when we where unhappy with the results. read more

Wow i cant believe i actually allowed them to charge me 45$ for a haircut im sorry but i have to say something cause this is insane! Joshua is the one who cut me up and boy did he cut me literally! For one he sliced me while using the razor on my beard tried to put some powder on it and didnt say anything then he had my whole lower neck completely red and irritated theres still a red line from where he tried to line it up then he went extremely way too short on my beard tried saying he wanted to even it out but went way shorter than its ever been in over a year + ive never had my skin get this bad from a line up so I know its not my skin it still burns today! He took like hour and half + seen atleast 3 people come in after and leave before me then to top it all off dude didnt even show me the haircut with a mirror at the end but i was so mad i just paid and left definitely never coming back and can hopefully save someone else from this. Go right down the street to nippers clippers you will not be upset trust! They just close on mondays and i had to be somewhere with a haircut another reason i didnt even bother tryna ask him to fix it. read more
