And besides, I prefer a barber to a Fantastic Sam's type stylist. When I walked in about 4:00p, I noticed 8 barber chairs, but unfortunately only one barber. There were three people ahead of me, but I decided to wait. The wait was reasonable however, so I'm glad I stayed. The lady that cut my hair was very quiet and really didn't have much to say. She did however follow my instructions and gave me an excellent cut. There are short cuts that last longer and those that look perfect out the door. That was the case here. Maybe I'm too old school, but 30 bucks seems like a lot for a short haircut. That would be my only reservation here. A Haircut plus gratuity and you're pushing $40.00. Still, I got a great haircut. They also charge you to you use your card so that's another 1.50 charge that most businesses don't pass that charge to customers but I am glad I tried it once but will never go back and will tell anyone to steer clear as there is a lot of better barbershops in the area and are cheaper.
