The instructors are all extremely welcoming and my instructor Erin is the best. She teaches me and guides me through every movement and goes at the pace and level that I am comfortable with. She noticed the troublesome areas of my body (I.e. unevenness of my hips, slouching, etc) and has been helping me focus on those areas to fix. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. I've brought my bf and my friends here and each instructor has done such a great job teaching them the ropes the first class and it very much feels like being a part of a community here. I drive from Costa Mesa to this location because I love it so much. They are very sweet and even though it is a larger class, they will come around and help you with your form. The girls at the front desk are also nice, and I like that they check in with you through text messages. When I went to the intro class, I was shown the basics and all the equipment. After that, they will tell you about the purchasing options. I did end up going with the unlimited membership because i wanted to go two or three times a week. I felt that they explained everything well, including the fact that it is a monthly payment plan, with the first three months being required. It is pricier than a regular gym membership, but everything they offer makes it worth it.

I calmly explained the situation, but they still charged me a $15 late fee and showed zero flexibility or understanding. For a high-priced class, I expected at least a little human decency and customer care. Instead, it felt rigid and honestly like a straight money grab. Good workout or not, the way customers are treated matters. I won't be coming back.
