I've been to numerous Club Pilates since 2020 and I'm super happy to make the Cypress location my club! It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the instructors are all really good! If you're looking for a great workout that provides a full body class that is different every single time; providing so many ways to improve, strengthen, lengthen and provide results, then give this location a try! I love that my body is seeing and feeling results on the daily and I love that every workout and every instructor finds and focuses on different muscles and gives great verbal cues to help me zone in on the exact muscle and form the exercise is working. Kudos to Club Pilates Cypress! Keep up the great work! I appreciate you all! read more

I've tried gyms and yoga, but when I took my free introductory Pilates class, I immediately knew this was what I was meant to do! Kaylee was the manager at the time, and she made me feel so welcome and at home from day one. I started with four classes a month, but quickly found myself wanting more, so I upgraded to eight classes a month. I've now been coming to this studio for almost a year and a half, and I truly can't imagine my life without it. I have lost inches & feel stronger and more confident. I've tried two other Pilates studios that were closer to home and a little less expensive, but nothing compares to this one. The studio is always clean, the instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they genuinely care about helping members learn proper form and technique. They take the time to understand any injuries or limitations and offer modifications when needed. I also love that they host fun events and create a real sense of community among members. I'm so grateful to have found Club Pilates Cypress and highly recommend this studio to anyone considering Pilates. read more

Cailey the instructor for Center & Balance was Awesome, she assisted me since it has been over 2 yrs, with modifications that were perfect and appropriate for my exercise level, she paced our class well, had continuous positive reinforcement, and knew exactly where each of us different women were in our pace and capability of the work out. She's super nice and obviously very knowledgeable about Pilates, plus I feel her positive enthusiasm for Pilates. Thank you for making my return in new CP location GREAT. I can't wait til my next class. read more

I came back to Pilates after a year when I was 5 months pregnant. I didn't know that I could do Pilates while pregnant but it was the best thing for me! I primarily took classes with Brianna D., Jocelyn, and Amy. They each took time to help me modify and to feel safe and strong. I came in twice a week for the first three months and then just once a week during my last month. I took classes until I was 37 weeks pregnant but going for as long as you can is totally worth it! The Center and Balance classes were great, especially in later pregnancy when I was feeling more exhausted but needed that movement and flexibility. Brianna D. was amazing. I looked forward to her class every Wednesday! read more

Reflecting on life since initiating Cypress Club Pilates 3 months ago, I realize an unexpected consequence from attending regular classes. I have become activated! I wasn't aware of it at first. I was getting so much done! Not just on the days of the class (those days I tend to stay the course cuz I'm feeling it). But the rest of the week, I have energy n motivation to attend to adulting. read more

I love Club Pilates Cypress!! It's location is convenient and the studio is always extremely clean. You can tell all of the instructors are really knowledgeable and good at what they do. I especially love classes by Brianna, Rebekah, Tamara, Khadija, Amy, & more! I still have more instructors to try out and I'm excited! I think the demographic is a bit older here compared to other studios but every work out always gets me winded lol. Highly recommend trying this place and they are EXTREMELY beginner friendly!! read more

I absolutely love Club Pilates, especially classes with Rebekah. She is an outstanding instructor--knowledgeable, encouraging, and very attentive to form and alignment. Her cues are clear, and she makes every class feel supportive while still being challenging. The reformer classes have made a huge difference for me. I've noticed real improvements in my flexibility, posture, and overall strength, and I've experienced significant pain relief as well. Beyond the physical benefits, these classes have truly boosted my confidence and how I feel in my body. The studio is clean, welcoming, and well run, and I always leave class feeling stronger, longer, and more energized. Highly recommend Club Pilates and especially Rebekah to anyone at any level looking for results and a positive experience. If you want it shorter, more emotional, or a little more luxury-focused, I can tweak it in seconds. The manager Keeley is so warm and welcoming. Give her a call today! read more

Went in for my intro class yesterday and I'm so glad I did! I tried another studio the week before and was just thrown into the class. This one on one I had with the owner was amazing! She was super helpful in teaching me what every machine was used for and I tried them out. Super clean and close to home studio. The front desk girlies were so sweet and welcoming. I will definitely try and work this workout into my weekly routine read more

Almost 4 years in and I'm still obsessed! The new owners have done a fantastic job with both the Cypress and Cerritos locations and the instructors are truly what keep me coming back. Jenna is a rockstar. Every class is a different Flow, her cues and modifications are spot-on, and she somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear to level up. Her Cardio Sculpt class will have you sweating and loving every minute of it. Her energy alone is motivation enough! Rebekah is my summertime (and lucky weekday) treat. Her Flow classes hit that sweet spot of challenging without overwhelming, and her directions are super clear. Love her! Amy is my weekend MVP. I always try to do back-to-back classes with her, and somehow they're ALWAYS different. Her Saturday Restore class is perfect..but shh, don't sign up or I won't get a spot! Her Flow classes look deceptively easy... they are NOT. You've been warned. The front desk staff deserves a shoutout too. Most of them know regulars by name, which makes you feel like family. (Only suggestion? Nametags would be a nice touch so we can return the favor since sometimes there's a turnover in front desk staff ) If you're looking for a Pilates studio where the instructors genuinely care and every class feels fresh, this is your place. See you on the reformer! read more

Club Pilates has been amazing at accommodating my workouts throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning, the instructors were proactive about offering prenatal-safe modifications and explaining why certain movements were adjusted, which made me feel confident and cared for. They consistently tailor my modifications based on how I'm feeling that day, my trimester, and my comfort level--without making me feel singled out or restricted. I've been able to stay active, strong, and supported in a way that feels both safe and empowering. If you're pregnant and looking for a studio that truly understands prenatal fitness, this is the place. Also, Keely has been just as wonderful! Thank you for always keeping me informed, her dedication to create a comfortable space goes unnoticed. She made it a smooth transition to become a member! read more

Brianna is amazing! Highly recommend her as an instructor and this club. Everyone is polite and friendly. The club is clean and loving the vibe. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of weeks and have been enjoying the workouts! They have a variety of class options and times throughout the week, so you don't have to go to the same type of class. I've been going to reformer flow 1 and even that class has different moves every time so it's definitely not boring. The studio itself is large and spacious. Aside from the reformer they have other equipment that we do utilize. Lockers are provided and there is a bathroom. I've had had two main instructors, Rebekah and Brianna. They are very sweet and even though it is a larger class, they will come around and help you with your form. The girls at the front desk are also nice, and I like that they check in with you through text messages. When I went to the intro class, I was shown the basics and all the equipment. After that, they will tell you about the purchasing options. I did end up going with the unlimited membership because i wanted to go two or three times a week. I felt that they explained everything well, including the fact that it is a monthly payment plan, with the first three months being required. It is pricier than a regular gym membership, but everything they offer makes it worth it. read more

Club Pilates in Cypress has been one of the best experiences I have had in a group workout setting. It starts with the girls from the front desk and makes its way down to the instructors. A couple of my fave instructors are Jenna, Caylee, and Rebekah. These girls make sure the workout session is a bang for your buck. They're definitely not easy but so rewarding, and the feeling afterwards is unmatched. If there is ever a conflict of scheduling for classes the girls at the front desk are very happy to assist. read more

I have enjoyed the 1.5 classes as they feel like the right amount of challenge. I like that they expanded the 8 times a month membership to other studios giving more options as classes are frequently booked and planning ahead is necessary to take classes. The only challenge is the monthly rate which is much higher than other types of workouts. read more

I have been a member of Club Pilates for over a year now. I love coming to the Cypress location. All the instructors are informative, experienced and always able to adjust any workout to fit your unique needs or current injuries. I try to attend 4 days a week and the 50 minutes fly by. I highly recommend Club Pilates, it has helped with my lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, and increasing my flexibility. read more

Very difficult to schedule classes and was usually on the backup list. When space opened up, I was not contacted and ultimately charged $15 - $25 each for missing classes. Kara said she was the manager and apologized saying she would refund the fees because I was not advised of these fees when I signed up. I was credited for $15. Ultimately, I fiied claims with my credit card. Kara then called me at work to argue about the charge backs...in two months, I was able to attend two classes and charged $100s for "missing" classes for which I was on the backup list. Note that when I signed up, I mentioned that due to my job, I needed to take early morning classes. I was assured this would not be a problem. In the classes I attended, I was advised that, as a beginner, I should be taking Level One classes which were not offered in the early morning. Basically, I was misled by the young woman who signed me up and then the manager did not honor her word to waive fees. read more

I started at this studio about three weeks ago. I have no Pilates experience, but recently had two babies under two and was looking for a space that could help me regain my strength. Love Club Pilates Cypress! 6 months into my membership and I'm enjoying the classes, instructors, and overall welcoming vibe of the place. There's something for everyone from classic reformer to cardio to trx, beginner to advanced. If you're new, be sure to focus on the level 1 classes to get your footing and acclimated with the equipment. Every class is different. After a few weeks, you'll find the perfect schedule for your needs. *I would love if they added a booty focused class to the line up to enhance that harder to improve area* Management has also been extra accommodating with my membership levels, as I travel often and needed to upgrade between the Passport and Destination membership levels. This has been a wonderfully client-focused experience. Thank you! read more

I love this studio !! Makes me motivated to keep working out. Everyone is so nice and it's very clean.

I had previously written a review about being a Class Pass member trying to book with Club Pilates and my recent struggle, when I showed up to class the front desk personnel right away told me they saw my review and was kind enough to explain how Club Pilates has nothing to do with what I see on the Class Pass app and how that's more of a Class Pass issue. The fact that I received a phone call the same day as my review (later in the day) & then had a team member address my struggle really goes to show how this Club Pilates really cares about it's members and non-members. This shows how they actually read reviews, try to address, to make sure people know they are being heard and their concerns addressed. So talk about great customer service. And per my old review I always look forward to Jenna's & Caylee's classes. Can't rave enough about them. Their instructions are clear, the way their classes flow is very natural and straightforward, the energy is upbeat, and they always kick my butt. Also Caylee is really funny and makes the class fun with her side commentary. Recently took a class with Brianna and have to say, her class was different and I had never used the Pilates chair as much and it was definitely a learning curb but in a good way. I would say her class was refreshing as we performed new movements and exercises with the chair that I have never done before. I appreciate when instructors have their flow of their class down, speak clearly, and provide instructions that are clear and not confusing. read more

I don't understand why the lights are so bright when we are laying down on the reformer. Who wants to stare at bright lights when trying to work out? Have some consideration for people's eyesight. Also, I noticed that all the instructors have the same music all the time every single time. switch it up, please. It's not fair to some of us that come every day to hear the same exact songs. And I really wish they would switch up the instructors hours not everybody wants the same classes same hours same instructors all the time some of us don't have schedules that work with those hours so it's very frustrating when it's exactly the same thing every week. When they do teacher training, they cut into our weekend hours at our expense. When I first signed up, there was so many good instructors, but many have left and we are stuck with 70% mediocre instructors at the moment. read more

I have been coming to this location since starting Pilates in March of 2025. I think it's new ownership!!! I have found the membership to be well worth it. I am able to book the classes I like and there are plenty of wonderful instructors to choose from. I really love Jenna, Rebekah, and Caylee that do the early morning classes. The afternoon and evening classes are just as great, just don't work as well with my schedule. The studio is clean, the staff members are so kind, and I have grown so much in my Pilates practice over the last year. I recommend this studio to anyone considering trying Pilates and Pilates veterans! Plenty of wonderful classic Pilates as well as twists on classics with trx and jump boards! read more
