The instructors are all extremely welcoming and my instructor Erin is the best. She teaches me and guides me through every movement and goes at the pace and level that I am comfortable with. I've been going to reformer flow 1 and even that class has different moves every time so it's definitely not boring. The studio itself is large and spacious. Aside from the reformer they have other equipment that we do utilize. Lockers are provided and there is a bathroom. I've had had two main instructors, Rebekah and Brianna. They are very sweet and even though it is a larger class, they will come around and help you with your form. The girls at the front desk are also nice, and I like that they check in with you through text messages. When I went to the intro class, I was shown the basics and all the equipment. After that, they will tell you about the purchasing options. I did end up going with the unlimited membership because i wanted to go two or three times a week. I felt that they explained everything well, including the fact that it is a monthly payment plan, with the first three months being required. It is pricier than a regular gym membership, but everything they offer makes it worth it.

I wish I could come here more frequently but the lessons/classes here are definitely more on the pricier side. Bomi did a good job listening to my concerns and helped me working on specific areas I was having issues with. I felt very comfortable with her. I noticed that a lot of the clients are Korean and even saw a classes led by a Korean speaking instructor. The space is clean and there are locker cubicles and a clean bathroom inside the space. I realized that my spine was very very weak, this technique from my instructor was really good for me she helped to work every part of my core, from my rectus abdominis to the obliques, and even my hips, lower back that I've never used before. So it's to my surprise that given only two classes with a friend of mine so far I already feel stronger and more mindful of how I breathe and move my body! Sophie has a real passion for pilates. Although I've done a couple of Pilates classes before, I felt Be Fit had a good balance of challenging myself to push my limits while still enjoying my workout. The studio is on the smaller side and located inside PCH Mall. While parking in the structure is not free, there is free 2 hour parking in the back! My only gripe is that as a current graduate student, the classes are a little inaccessible, both time wise and price wise. Would highly encourage the studio to expand timing to accommodate Pilates members who have 9-5 work schedules, as well as more flexible pricing for students!
