The best sub in town. Huge fan of the bread. Fresh baked with a crispy outside and soft inside. Turkey sun is my go to!

What happened at the WB location? Every table needed to be cleaned, as well as the staff.

I ordered the Garlic Pesto Italiano and a small bowl of the Supreme Pizza soup. The soup definitely tasted like pizza and some of the ingredients were more prevalent than others, like large chunks of tomato and the cheese and black olive they put on top. It would have been nice to have just a little bit more sausage in it, but it was still a very good soup as is. I'm so glad I came for the Garlic Pesto Italiano sandwich. All of the components shined without one masking the others. It's a shame that this is only a monthly special and not a regular menu item. The place isnt very large inside with only a few small tables and I chose to sit at the closest one to the register and put a table between myself and another couple that was already eating. No one else came in until I left, so it was a little awkward sitting there and eating while the employee at the register just stood there and watched, waiting for more customers to come in instead of finding something to do. She seemed young and possibly relatively new based on another employee giving her tips on how to look up item descriptions in their register, so I assume that's not a typical problem they have and more of a one off.

First time here. It's a volunteer organization located in the same building as the Volunteer Center…read moreof Washington County. I came with my wife for lunch. Food: They have a small menu, but it includes several items that would be among my first choices for breakfast or lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to find Avocado Toast. Their version was a bit more "exotic," with both pickled red onion AND pickled fennel. That was a first for me. The addition of a balsamic drizzle provided a nice balance. I got mine with a fried egg. They only offer the egg fried hard. My preference would have been a softer egg with at least a little runny yolk, but it was still very good as served. My wife got the Quinoa Bowl with chicken and guacamole. That was an amazing combination. The guacamole isn't made fresh on-site, I happened to see the package from Costco, but it was actually very good. Service: Lots of very nice people here. My understanding is that there are a few paid staff members, but the majority of the people working are volunteers. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy. After placing your order, you get a number, and they deliver the food to your table. Atmosphere: It's a nice space. There's a smaller area where you place your order, along with some small tables. An adjacent larger room has additional seating and bigger tables. Lots of windows provide plenty of natural light, and there are areas that work well for smaller groups. My understanding is that the larger space is also used for meetings and gatherings by different community groups. It's a great facility for a community that wants to nurture neighborly goodwill and social involvement. This is definitely a place I want to support. Maybe there's a future volunteer barista position for me! :)

It has a decently cozy…read moreambience, however we went at 11 am for lunch and I think we were the only ones in the whole restaurant so the energy was low/quiet, but at least we had no problem hearing each other haha. We were seated in their lower level with a river view which was nice and they still had their pretty Christmas decor up. We started with Mimosas and a large pretzel to share. The mimosas were OK, I've had better but they were drinkable. The Pretzel was great! Their cheese dip and rootbeer mustard were both delicious and the pretzel was extra soft & hot - would recommend! Most of the table went with a soup/salad lunch combo which is a very nice, cost-effective offering. I opted for the buffalo chicken wrap w/a side salad. The side salad dressing was a house made cherry balsamic that was very tasty. The wrap was also OK, i've had better buffalo chicken wraps. I think it would be better if they'd make it crispy vs. grilled. Last but not least, my sister was celebrating her 40th birthday and they brought out a free birthday sunday which was a really sweet offering. Our server was attentive & sweet and patient wtih us as we chatted a lot and took awhile to order & lingered after eating. Overall, we will certainly go back!

We were soaked, cold, and hungry. After a fresh dry set of clothes we decided to find a place to eat. I discovered this place on Yelp. It sounded good so we decided to go. It was still raining so I found us an Uber ride and away we went. I thought this place was pretty cool because of several things. Once we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile; seating was down the stairs to a large open room with a long bar and a multitude of tables and seats; the decor was a lot of wood and it made me feel immediately comfortable. A great start! Our server was Jadye. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. She explained the specials, and the different drinks. When I inquired about an amber ale she let me try their "Main Street Amber Ale". It was a winner and so that was my chosen drink of the night. For my meal I ordered their wings - 6 Mango Habanero and 6 Thai Chili. We also split some beer battered cheese curds. Everything was delicious - with a special shout out to Wisconsin cheese curds! I had never had cheese curds before and these were spectacular!! Jayde checked on us throughout our meal and when she learned that we had ridden from Florida to Milwaukee for HD's 120th Homecoming she offered some great suggestions we might like to check out. Excellent wings, amazing cheese curds, great drinks, superb service, and comfortable surroundings made for a very enjoyable time to finish a long day. Check this place out!

Friendly, knew the menu well, had good timing on refilling our ice teas and responded to our requests quickly. We ordered a lunch, chicken broccoli alfredo, which came with soup (homemade cream of mushroom), and a hungry man's breakfast. Both were delicious and generous portions. The whole restaurant was clean, with updated booths and tables. There was also a cute bar as you walked in, and we saw that they serve Bloody Mary's, mimosas, and mules (also have flights). Plenty of parking in the dedicated lot outside! Now, for a cafe named GoodDay, the interior is a bit of a drab...gray walls, monochromatic artwork, and corrugated steel accents allude to Farmhouse chic, but miss the mark. I'd love to see them liven up the space a bit! Service was overwhelmed during our visit, which I never fault the servers themselves, but do think the business could have staffed better on a Saturday brunch rush. It took a long time to receive water and get our orders placed, while the food came out quite quickly once we did order. The food itself was great! The skillet ACTUALLY came served in a skillet, which is a must for me! Sizeable portion of steak, veggies, and cheese atop chopped red potatoes! I'd absolutely order again!
