Here's what happened in my horrible customer experience. I waited for an appt. from 11am-3pm by 4:30 I call today 02-9-22 and the owner James calls Jim to ask why I've had no update or follow-up on my appt. they confirmed the previous day. I over heard Jim say very clearly "Kiss my @$$, I don't want that job anyway". I then heard James state watch your mouth the customers on the line. Eye opening experience, I just stated the same thing back I heard you loud and clear and hung up. James calls me back to apologize on my voicemail and say his guy was having a bad day. Yea ok if that's acceptable, I'm Good! I won't be rescheduling the potential appt. for Friday. But Is this how you treat customers? Don't waste their time! Just keep that bad energy no excuses. Professionalism is Priceless please find integrity instead of excuses for customers who just want good work completed!

The place I rented is in much better condition now then when I moved in yet somehow I don't get my deposit back. The value of the property has gone up just by me living there. The place was a dump when I moved in. I found rodent fecal matter in the pantry and a cigarette butt in the hallway floor. And I specifically asked David if they where going to clean the place before I moved in. Yet I had the spend 50 dollars on cleaning chemicals and tools. I then spent half a day on my knees scrubbing the kitchen floor (which was black when I moved in) until I could see the yellow and green linoleum. Weekends were spent raking up over 20 bags of leaves from the yard and picking up a lot of broken glass. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
