So this review isn't "technically" for me, but let me explain. I was helping my daughter on the very first day that she was moving into her rental house. Literally no furniture, and we were doing a final walk through and making sure everything was in working order. I happen to look out the window, when I see the elderly neighbor standing outside of his car, in the middle of the road, in 90 degree heat. Long story short, he is 93 and has dementia. He had locked his keys inside his car; mind you the car was still running. I walked outside and started talking with him, and he said he had no phone and no family. I had no idea who to call, so I started scrolling through my phone and happened upon Cupples Locksmith Services. I initially tried another locksmith service, but they did not answer the phone. Not only did Cupples Locksmith Services answer the phone, but they said I'm on the way. I informed the gentleman that someone was on the way, and not 25 minutes go by, when a guy zips up on a motorcycle. He (motorcycle hero), had the elderly man back in his driveway and where he needed to be in less than 5 minutes. This whole ordeal took less than 40 minutes. I cannot thank Cupples Locksmith Service enough for saving the day! We were out of town and absolutely terrified when my daughter accidentally locked herself out of the house with our dogs trapped inside in the unbearable heat.
