He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. Turns out, it was Gibson Electric's problem, although I had called them first and they came out and said it was not on their end. Jay spent hours getting to the root of the problem so we could get the heat back on. Jay is so nice, and very through. He was great! Sean came out in 3 days and removed the old toilet, wax ring and found a broken keeper ring. He had to drill new holes for the new keeper ring which was the culprit to start with.
