BAD COMMUNICATION!!!…read more I always take my vehicle to Northside Auto Service to get my oil change and never have a problem service is always good. I have on occasion had my brother pick me up and we get breakfast, but not every time! Today I took my car for an oil change I was the first customer there and told front desk that I was running to get breakfast and he said we will call you when it is ready and I said thank you! I returned and they had not even touched my vehicle. The front desk worker told me that I had to be here in order to receive service. The worker NEVER explained that to me! That should been explained instead of tell me that they would call me when it was ready! There was no apology for the miscommunication or anything! If that was a new policy all employees need to know the policies so that it could be communicated with the customers! That is bad business! I would not be so upset had I at least would have received an apology! I guess my business means nothing to them!

I blew a tire on my fifth wheel RV on 412 on outside of Alamo. No one in the area serviced roadside…read moreor had any availability for hours. I called Climer and explained my situation and he heard my baby in the background and was more than willing to help. He couldn't do roadside tire changes, so he drove his wrecker to me and took of my wheel, took it to a tire shop, and came back and out on for me. All for only $150! All of this in under one hour from when I was back on the road. I appreciate Climer and his customer service. I would highly recommend calling them before anyone else.

Keith, at D&D, towed a friend's vehicle. He arrived faster than we did when we went to pick her…read moreup. Really nice guy. Very thoughtful and professional and clean. You could tell he is respected by the local police while they worked together quickly and efficiently to get my friend's car out of the way and drop it at a repair shop. On the way to drop her off at her house, my friend mentioned she was not charged as much as she thought it would cost so she was thankful for that. While needing a tow isn't a pleasant situation, it seems D&D made it as smooth, safe, and as low anxiety and low cost as possible. I will definitely call them if I breakdown in the McKenzie, Huntingdon, or Paris areas.
