A week + later I got back high gloss black (slight hint of metallic) with the machined portion painted over - not fractionally similar to the original color, shade and gloss level - and obviously a complete mismatch to the other two wheels in the set. I have a total of 8 wheels of that type, and now I have to find a reputable shop that now has to remove the unprofessional job on these wheels and completely refinish them. It was a complete waste of time, both mine and his. Even worse, when I explained the problems with his work, the owner stomped off and angrily slammed my wheels onto a metal mesh shelf (all while his wife cringed and my teenage son witnessing his tantrum). He didn't refinish the wheels even remotely close to their original finish and pitched an unprofessional fit when I explained what was wrong. I was obviously unhappy but didn't yell or lose my temper, and his response was over the top out of control. I took my wheels and left. For note - I used this same company back in 2021 for a different set of TSW wheels and the work he did was actually quite good back then. Not this time - and whatever is going on in his life right now is preventing him from running a professional business. I can't explain how disappointed I am. I don't know what is driving this business owner's behavior, but it isn't good and I would steer clear of his business. I will personally never use his services again. I attached several pictures. The level of gloss is hard to demonstrate in pictures, but to be sure - the work he did wasn't even close to the original finish and would look terrible and mismatched. He ultimately did not charge me - and I would not have paid him for the work. $200 a wheel is a premium price for wheel repair. I could have achieved 90% of the quality with a rattle can - it was most certainly not worth the price he was asking.

On June 11th, my vehicle was towed to Firestone Complete Auto Care for 3 flat tires and 2 damaged rims. Upon receiving my vehicle and doing an initial assessment, the Store Manager (Robert) informed me that his shop could repair my vehicle. I knew it would take a few days before anyone could work on my vehicle but after a week of no communication, I decided to visit Robert to get an update. He informed me that they were working through a backlog of vehicles but my vehicle was on schedule for repairs within the next 2 days. Another week passed by, but I NEVER received a call nor was provided with an update on my vehicle, at all. I had to call Robert or go there to find out the status of my vehicle at least twice a week. In fact, when he provided a status on my vehicle, they were ALL LIES, EVERY TIME. He would assure me that my vehicle would get worked on the next day, but the timeline kept moving to the next day and the next day; one excuse after another. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting, and much frustration, disappointment and inconvenience - on July 21th, I decided enough of this nonsense and decided that it was time to move on from Firestone (FOREVER) and take my business to a professional business. I had my vehicle towed from Firestone to a professional business. I immediately reached out to Firestone Corporate Office to share my total disappointment about my experiences and was informed that someone would reach back to me (still waiting). A previous custormer posted a review in June 2026 speaking to the incompetence and poor leadership at this local store; I strongly agree with his comments. I have recommended to my family and friends to not do business with this Firestone! My honest rating for Firestone Complete Auto Care on Vann Drive is actually a Zero. I have never had a horrible experience like this. I will NEVER recommend Firestone to anyone! I served over 30 years in U.S. Army, as a senior Officer and wonder if I had this exact car problem experience and trusted Firestone during my travels from one duty station to the other duty station, what would I have done?!?!
