I waited for 2 hours and some customers that came in after me actually got their vehicle worked on and left 30 minutes before me when I was there 30 minutes before them. Cost me about 22$ in total but a 2 hour wait that I was told would be 30 min when I had plans after which are now ruined because I missed the visitation time.

We had a 10-month-old Samsung microwave fail while it was still under warranty. Samsung submitted a…read moreservice request to McVey's out of Booneville. McVey's came to our home and removed our microwave, taking it to their shop for repair. We were later called and told to pick it up ourselves once it was fixed. This made no sense, as Samsung explicitly advised that McVey's would be responsible for reinstalling the microwave. Not only did McVey's never attempt to reinstall it, but they also tore the mounting bracket out of our wall and left us to deal with the damage. When we went to pick up the microwave, we discovered a new dent in the door, clearly from handling. Our appliances are practically brand new and had no scratches or damage prior to this. McVey's showed no concern or accountability for the condition of our microwave. Now we're stuck repairing drywall, replacing or reinstalling the bracket ourselves, and living with a dented microwave--all after a warranty repair. This company showed a lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility. It felt like they were only interested in collecting warranty money, not providing proper service. Save yourself the frustration and choose another service provider that will treat your home and appliances with basic care and respect.

Work is warrantied. These folks do the repair work for Lowe's, Home Depot, Cowboy Maloney, Babers, and many others. They cover most of northeast MS area and are very honest, trustworthy, and professional. Often they will have used appliances for sale at ridiculously low prices. These are usually brand new, but had a dent in the door, scratched, or a broken shelf. Once replaced, they are good to go.
