to start off, I have been a LOYAL meineke customer for years!!…read morerecently purchased a used truck took in for an oil change , they recommended I ghetto brake fluid flushed ($278) I did, get home only to discover oil was not changed, they slapped on a new oil filter but still had old black thick oil in it and only about 3 qts too, drain plug was extremely loose and dripping and of course brake fluid they were supposed to flush was still black ok no big deal, 3 days later I go back and tell them and get 2 calipers put on and brake lines bc I was having brake issues from abs pump I thought they assured me it was collapsed lines and bad calipers, charged me $1100 took 45 minutes got a mile down the road and brakes were locked up and discovered they broke 2 of the center caps on my brand new wheels, no I'm sorry or offer to replace or anything, then the next day I bought an abs control module and paid $250 to have it installed (no leaks prior) get it back and thankfully I took pictures before of the new part and old ones , numbers on them are different they handed me the new one saying it was the old one and the line was leaking told them I know it's bs he tells tech hey go act like you're tightening the line and just get him out of here I've called asking to speak with management or owner only to be hung up on repeatedly, left the owner messages on fb, no reply at all!!! But once they got up under my car my repair total went to $2700, I then tried to refuse the order cause I have a personal mechanic that was gone do the work for me for wayyyy cheaper but Brian told me one of my control arms was where they couldn't get it back on because the bolt was filed down too low to get it back on. How come they didn't notice that before they took it off. So I had no choice but to let them do two control arm and ball joint on my front end an they said I needed 2 strut assembly. It was over priced for the parts. I looked up the part number an all the parts they need was more than double the price for which they paid for. I have been going there over 10 years an never had any problems till now. If u a woman please take a man with u that's knows about cars so this won't happen to u.
