    I want to share my honest experience so others know what to expect…read more I recently purchased a vehicle here and spent over three hours in the dealership while trying to get clarity on the financing. Throughout the process I was repeatedly told that my "credit was the only problem," even though I put $16,000 down and the amount financed was relatively low. That message was used to shut down any real conversation about meeting my budget or finding solutions. Multiple times I tried to walk away because the numbers didn't match what I could afford. Only after my third attempt did anyone offer meaningful movement, and even then I was asked, "Can you do $240?" I said I needed $220. The response was "meet me halfway?" and when I said "$221," the salesperson simply typed a new number into the payment field on the screen, told me "you have a tight budget," and walked away. Later, after reviewing my contract, it was clear that the screen change was only a display adjustment and not a real explanation of how they reached the payment. The only actual adjustment made to get the payment to $221 was a small price reduction of about $300 on the vehicle itself. None of the other fees were discussed or negotiated. There was no transparency about what they could or could not adjust, and I left feeling like the dealership did the bare minimum only when they thought they were going to lose the sale. The car is fine and the payment ended up where I needed it, but the process felt pressured, dismissive, and not customer-centered. I'm posting this because I believe people deserve transparent, respectful communication when making a major purchase, especially when they are upfront about their budget. I hope future customers receive a more honest and supportive experience than I did.

She had recently…read morebeen pulled for having a taillight out and was concerned that if she went somewhere, she might not be treated accordingly as a female and wanted to go somewhere she could trust. Since she is away at school it wasn't something I could do for her.. Preston set me at ease and she was taken care of quickly, and quite fairly. If you are choosing them because…read morethey are an authorized repair shop with your car's extended warranty (mine is through CarMax) please stop and explore your other options before you make the same mistake I did....unless you want your 17 year old daughter stranded in the middle of the road at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon...OUT OF TOWN....First off...let's talk about the 3 weeks they had the car to make some repairs...3 weeks due to having the wrong parts sent...of course they blamed some of that on the local Chrysler dealership.....so they fix everything that they said was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, but also recommended a coolant flush with my oil change ...$4900 (warranty covered $1400)...within the next 3 weeks the radiator hose has blown out on her on the 45 bypass....take the car back......they tell me that doesn't have anything to do with their previous work bc the hose was worn.....On my inspection sheet it shows "all hose in good condition " $367 and 5 days later ....because.....Yea you guessed it...that Chrysler dealership had them order the wrong parts AGAIN.......NOTHING IS EVER THEIR FAULT..... ONLY 2 hours after picking the car up from this second repair....i get a call from my daughter that the heat isn't working in the car now.....I call back the next morning and Brian tells me that yes it's possible it's not working due to their previous job so bring it in at my convenience........less than 72 hours after this is when her car completely shuts down in the middle of the road....OUT OF TOWN......I had the car towed to Christian brothers and my daughter tells me that the tow truck driver even made a comment about how many cars he has to take there bc they have messed up on the repairs...hmmm.......so Brian reaches out to me promptly after they open today (Monday morning) and I tell him what happens...he says he will call me after they push it into the bay and look at it.....I remind him that the heat wasn't working due to their previous repairs bc evidently there are no notes that said I called it in Wednesday morning...he also tries to gaslight me and say a technician said the check engine light was on when it left Tuesday....NO IT WAS NOT!!!.....so anyways we are now dealing with a busted radiator that was just in fine condition upon previous inspection......I had the car towed from Christian Brothers to my normal repair shop(who unfortunately doesn't use the Carmax warranty program) and guess what.....the second tow truck company that I used was not the least bit surprised to be towing a vehicle AWAY from this location. If you have made it this far reading my review Thank You!! I am hoping I can help anyone avoid going through this experience! I did tell the owner I would be giving them a bad review , also spreading the word on social media! I hope this helps some other single women not get taken advantage of by an owner and business that obviously doesn't care about their customer.....
