I gave them one star because there is no option for ZERO STARS!!! If you are choosing them because…read morethey are an authorized repair shop with your car's extended warranty (mine is through CarMax) please stop and explore your other options before you make the same mistake I did....unless you want your 17 year old daughter stranded in the middle of the road at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon...OUT OF TOWN....First off...let's talk about the 3 weeks they had the car to make some repairs...3 weeks due to having the wrong parts sent...of course they blamed some of that on the local Chrysler dealership.....so they fix everything that they said was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, but also recommended a coolant flush with my oil change ...$4900 (warranty covered $1400)...within the next 3 weeks the radiator hose has blown out on her on the 45 bypass....take the car back......they tell me that doesn't have anything to do with their previous work bc the hose was worn.....On my inspection sheet it shows "all hose in good condition " $367 and 5 days later ....because.....Yea you guessed it...that Chrysler dealership had them order the wrong parts AGAIN.......NOTHING IS EVER THEIR FAULT..... ONLY 2 hours after picking the car up from this second repair....i get a call from my daughter that the heat isn't working in the car now.....I call back the next morning and Brian tells me that yes it's possible it's not working due to their previous job so bring it in at my convenience........less than 72 hours after this is when her car completely shuts down in the middle of the road....OUT OF TOWN......I had the car towed to Christian brothers and my daughter tells me that the tow truck driver even made a comment about how many cars he has to take there bc they have messed up on the repairs...hmmm.......so Brian reaches out to me promptly after they open today (Monday morning) and I tell him what happens...he says he will call me after they push it into the bay and look at it.....I remind him that the heat wasn't working due to their previous repairs bc evidently there are no notes that said I called it in Wednesday morning...he also tries to gaslight me and say a technician said the check engine light was on when it left Tuesday....NO IT WAS NOT!!!.....so anyways we are now dealing with a busted radiator that was just in fine condition upon previous inspection......I had the car towed from Christian Brothers to my normal repair shop(who unfortunately doesn't use the Carmax warranty program) and guess what.....the second tow truck company that I used was not the least bit surprised to be towing a vehicle AWAY from this location. If you have made it this far reading my review Thank You!! I am hoping I can help anyone avoid going through this experience! I did tell the owner I would be giving them a bad review , also spreading the word on social media! I hope this helps some other single women not get taken advantage of by an owner and business that obviously doesn't care about their customer.....

It's 303pml and they are just coming to pick me up to take me back to pay my bill. I paid up front. I will not be coming back. And to boot they said it was $98.00 but wound up charging me $117.00!

As I have looked over some of the reviews, thos company os never at fault and always seems to have a retort to consumers who are expressing their dissatisfaction. As a reminder, Yelp is a mechanism for us to express out opinions; the voice of the customer must ALWAYS be considered.

I tried to get a response from the text chain that was initiated when I booked the appointment, called 2 different phone numbers I could find online and emailed as well. No response. Then 3 hours later they get back to me and I asked that they still come. The issue with my car was concerning back brake lights that would not turn off and were draining the battery. The mechanic inspected and diagnosed that I needed my brake light switch replaced (also back brake light bulbs were burned out). He quoted me $420-$460 to fix it (that price included the $140 inspection and fuel surcharge fee). That sounded crazy to me so I just paid the $140 base fee said forget it, don't do the repair. I did some research on YouTube and checked out the situation myself, and it turned out to be just the rubber bumper piece that depresses the switch that had rotted and I was able to replace it with a bolt and washer I had on-hand for free. And anyway, if it had been a bad switch, that part only costs $10-$20. I'm pissed that the guy was going to over-charge me and I can't help but think it was because I'm a woman.

Good morning. This review is in reference to yesterday about 12:30p. I didn't have in my plans to…read morestop here btw. I was out this way (lunch date) n and had a flat about a mile away. I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . I'm always preaching, "if you can't be anything else, BE KIND".

They've been maintaining my 20-year-old truck beautifully since maybe 2012. Sometime in 2021-22…read morethey did a complete brake overhaul--a flush, new rotors, pads, etc. I've NEVER had a complaint about their work, they're very competent and competitively priced. Here's the problem--they do a routine inspection checking all the fluids, brake pads, tires, alignment, etc., but the last time I was there, less than 18 months and 7,000 miles after my complete brake job, their "inspector" reported that my brake fluid was SHOT, and needed to be flushed. He even furnished a picture of the test strip he supposedly used. Remembering that they had just done all of that work on my previous visit, I declined the unnecessary service, and just had them change the oil, rotate the tires, and replace a belt. When I asked the manager, WTF? He stood by the technician's report and even "postured" a little like he was daring me to question it. I just rolled my eyes and walked away. He knew he was busted. I've attached the pictures they sent me. One end of the test strip is for coolant, the other is for brake fluid. The "technician" swapped in a bad brake fluid test strip from some other car for his photograph. I took the vehicle home, bought a GOOD brake fluid testing unit online. It arrived the next day, and showed that my brake fluid was like new. I checked it again last week (July 2025), it's still in great shape. I drive It less than 5,000 miles a year and it stays in a very well insulated garage. I could tell you about the time they stripped the threads on my oil drain plug, and how it leaked all over my spotless garage floor on Christmas Eve. Or how they sent me pictures of oil leaking out of the pan (I delayed having this repair done and it magically cured itself!) Or the time they replaced my spark plugs twice within a 20,000 mile period (because I wasn't paying attention and said to go ahead and do it) --but all of that is water under the bridge. So basically, in May of 2024, a tech and his manager both tried to trick me into paying for an unnecessary brake flush. Not the first time they had tried something like this, but it was the first time I noticed. I see the reviews since then seem to have declined, as well. Maybe I'm not alone? Not a very Christian thing to do, IMO. I read a Book once that said it's against the rules to violate or misrepresent the "name, image, and likeness" of the Almighty. Somebody will have to answer for that someday. Not my place, not my problem. I'm selling the old truck soon anyway, won't be going back to CBA. It's a shame, because like I said, they did very good work for me, they did it fast, and were very polite.
