I live closer to Memphis and was visiting in Jackson when one of my tires went very flat. Luckily, I was less than a mile from the store. I went in and a young man named Patrick took such good care of me. They replaced my tire and got me on the road in a little over an hour. I had a small nail causing a slow leak. So took it to Discount Tire. Ive used them several times before. after checking the tire in question, the young man said he didn't find anything and mounted the tire back on my truck. I told him and another man that "It's there I've seen it and gave it the spit test and it bubbled". So they removed the tire and low and behold, they found it. Did the repair, mounted the tire back up. Then the young man said, "No Charge" and wished me and my wire a safe travels and a good weekend. I can't be to harsh on someone that will entertain that fact that I may have missed something and go back and check. That makes you a better tech. I bought a set of tires from Discount Tire about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I had to go back the other day to get a new rim for my sons' truck. Zach helped me get a new rim. We got a flat driving back to Memphis. I was surprised by how big the hole was because we didn't see it when we pulled in. Like the size of a dime. My dad thought maybe they exaggerated the hole by sticking something in it and then telling us they couldn't repair it. But I gotta believe in humanity and that they wouldn't do something like that. The sales rep offered to sell us a used tire if they had one in stock, which I didn't even know they even did. Also he didn't upsell me by saying I needed to buy 2 tires, and that replacing theone was fine (he actually said as long as it's not a 4 wheel drive it's ok to replace just one tire). We were working in the area and noticed our tires were out of balance. Popped in after 4 on a Saturday and only waited 5 minutes before they ushered us in. Since we stayed in our truck while they worked we were able to see them work. It looked like well done choreography. Everyone was at their stations working or helping each other. the worst most crooked place EVER to buy a vehicle from. sauce your time, money, and peace because these people will rob all of it with a smile on their face. My husband and I were on a long road trip when we noticed our car wheel shaking. In Jackson for work, and had a sidewall completely blow out. Insurance towed it to a shop that didn't have tires. I got to discount tire a half hour before they were scheduled to open, and not only did they sell me a tire, one of their employees actually drove me to the shop my truck was at. I was traveling from Southhaven, MS to Columbus, OH (after traveling the day before from Ft. Worth, TX to Southhaven) and experienced a slow leak in my right front tire. Needless to say, I needed help in Jackson. I thought the closest Discount Tire store was in Nashville until the convenience store clerk said "Why there is a store just down the street."
