DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!! Until my last experience, I was a loyal Firestone customer and I entrusted my vehicle to your company for repairs, expecting a professional and thorough job. Instead, I am left with unresolved issues and a sense of disappointment in both the service and the final result. On June 11th, my vehicle was towed to Firestone Complete Auto Care for 3 flat tires and 2 damaged rims. Upon receiving my vehicle and doing an initial assessment, the Store Manager (Robert) informed me that his shop could repair my vehicle. I knew it would take a few days before anyone could work on my vehicle but after a week of no communication, I decided to visit Robert to get an update. He informed me that they were working through a backlog of vehicles but my vehicle was on schedule for repairs within the next 2 days. Another week passed by, but I NEVER received a call nor was provided with an update on my vehicle, at all. I had to call Robert or go there to find out the status of my vehicle at least twice a week. In fact, when he provided a status on my vehicle, they were ALL LIES, EVERY TIME. He would assure me that my vehicle would get worked on the next day, but the timeline kept moving to the next day and the next day; one excuse after another. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting, and much frustration, disappointment and inconvenience - on July 21th, I decided enough of this nonsense and decided that it was time to move on from Firestone (FOREVER) and take my business to a professional business. I had my vehicle towed from Firestone to a professional business. I immediately reached out to Firestone Corporate Office to share my total disappointment about my experiences and was informed that someone would reach back to me (still waiting). A previous custormer posted a review in June 2026 speaking to the incompetence and poor leadership at this local store; I strongly agree with his comments. I have recommended to my family and friends to not do business with this Firestone! My honest rating for Firestone Complete Auto Care on Vann Drive is actually a Zero. I have never had a horrible experience like this. I will NEVER recommend Firestone to anyone! I served over 30 years in U.S. Army, as a senior Officer and wonder if I had this exact car problem experience and trusted Firestone during my travels from one duty station to the other duty station, what would I have done?!?! I waited nearly 6 weeks for the completion of repairs on my vehicle . . . only to be totally disappointed and frustrated. The Store Manager (Robert) is totally unqualified and lies with no regret. Everyone was nice and respectful. The overall problem we had was that we made an appointment at 10:00am and we got there early and waited for over 4 hours. All we needed was the tires to be balanced. The main guy did meant to us to be patience but we didn't realize it was going to be that long. They told us if we needed to go somewhere let them know and they'll give us the keys. We had a visitation to go to and when we tried to get the keys after seeing we wouldn't get in until another hour or so they told us we would lose our spot if we left. We stayed because we're leaving out of town the next day so it had to be done. I will say they did give us a 10% discount when we asked but overall the experience was not a good one. read more

I stopped by this location yesterday morning and the frint desk associate told me they would not be able to get to it (which was fine). However, after I could not find another place to get my work done, I called made the manager said he would get my work done that day. I was ok making an appointment for the next day. I dropped my truck off first thing with an appointmen. i went to pick it up and was told they were not able to get the work done. read more

Service is disingenuous in estimating length of maintenance, beyond slow, and seemingly inefficient in every process in place. I was told that they could fit me in for a job that would take ~2.5-3 hrs. It's bee 25hrs and they still have the vehicle in the bay... but no one is actually working on it. I came to pick it up an hour after estimated completion time, and upon arrival I was told it would only be 15-30mins more... it's been an hour and a half, no one is working on it yet people continue to take smoke breaks after break... AVOID this place!!! read more

My car wouldn't start and I had it towed here with the understanding I needed it fixed by a certain day. Jeff promised that it would get done. While a few days did go by without it being fixed, it was repaired by the time I needed it. So far no issues with the work and the car is running fine. I paid what you would expect for the work I had done nowadays. All in all, I can respect that they were true to their word and did good work. I would use their services again. read more

Never in life taking my car back, So I explained what my car was doing and the lady didn't recommend they put it on a machine they ask when did I have it service I stated it was due! She quoted me a price . I paid 987 for tune up to have a list of recommendations and how I should watch for leaks because he wasn't sure but my water pump could be bad! Then on my invoice it stated how my water pump was bad so now the quote jump for 1400 dollars after they got 1000 for service. Then the mechanic lost my fuel cap and ran all my gas out! They actually didn't fix my car and cause me more problems and drove my car! My neighbor saw man in my car! Please don't take your car to Firestone on van drive! read more

Took my truck in after blowing some hoses. Come to find out I have another issue. After having my truck for 3 days they hadn't even looked at it yet. Finally was told the problems, and told them to get the parts. They failed to mention until the following day that they wouldn't be in for another 2 days. Then it took them another 4 days to put the parts onto my truck. I called everyday for updates. read more

I was driving from out of town and had a windshield wiper issue during my trip. After many hours and two attempted repairs, I was able to stop into this location. The gentleman at the front desk immediately knew my issue and was able to have someone help. The lady who helped me also made sure I knew how and what type of wiper I needed for the future. Worst location ever, this is the second time I have been to this location. Last time I made an APPOINTMENT it took them over 4 hours for a simple alignment. This time I made an APPOINTMENT for the same reason and it was an hour past my APPOINTMENT and was told that APPOINTMENT to them meant drop off and they didn't have a certified technician available to do the alignment. If you can't honor the appointment firestone, then don't make an appointment. read more

I dropped my car off at 8 am per an appointment I made earlier in the week. I ran some errands and came back at 1 pm... 5 hours later. And my car was still not done.. a simple oil change. I will never ever ever bring my car back here. They are over priced and horrible customer service read more

Firestone employees were absolute GEMS to me. I was stranded while traveling to Nashville with a flat tire, and they helped me so much. The part I needed was not even in store, and they got someone to bring the part and fix it for me, all within a few hours. Even though they were swamped with other customers, they valued service and helped me get on my way as soon as possible. I took my car now Firestone because my air conditioning was not working. They had my car for four days they did not call me to let me know why it was taking so long to fix my car. When I called to inquire about the status of my car I never got a return call. Finally after four days I told them I was coming to get my car. I was told I needed a computer chip and they had been trying to get a price quote. I took my car elsewhere and was told it was my air compressor. They fixed it the same day and I had my car back in five hours Not only did they have my car for four days their diagnosis was incorrect read more

Scheduled an appointment for 11 AM online and confirmation of appointment received. They called at 10:50 as I pulled into the parking lot and said they were double booked all day and could not do my oil change. I went inside and all They said was sorry and I could schedule another time nothing else they could or would do. read more

Literally such amazing service. The manager, Scott, took care of me from start to finish. I came in on a Tuesday to get an oil change. My check engine light had been on forever & no one could figure out why. He ended up figuring it out & immediately set me up to get everything taken care of the next day even though they were short staffed. Just honestly great people & PHENOMENAL service. My car broke down on I-40 the day before the solar eclipse, and I had it towed to FCAC. While I was waiting for a diagnosis, I examining the waiting area, and read their 'promise to care.' I have to say, they fulfilled their promise to me. Because of the eclipse, it was difficult to find a hotel, and the wait for a taxi was 4 hours. But the managers were gracious enough to take me to my hotel, and pick me up the next day. Frozen compressor, broken belts and battery were all fixed in about 24 hours, and I was on my way again. I was looking all around Jackson for a shop that could mount and "road force" balance 4 new tires on new rims. Youngster at the counter gave me a price of over $160.00. I walked out after asking him if he thought I was stupid or something. On my way down Vann drive I was going past the Toyota dealer and thought I'd stop there just to see what kind of crazy price a new car dealer would hit me with. When I was told $50.00, I just knew that was going to be a price for each wheel, but it wasn't. $50.00 tax included, Unless you just want to throw money away, stay away from Firestone. read more

Bob has been great on multiple occasions, explaining things in full detail and his honest opinion about whether I needed the service or not. Very, very disappointed. I have been used to using another Firestone in another state. That Firestone was near my husband's work so he always took our vehicles there. We NEVER had a problem. Here, I have taken my vehicle to this Firestone for the same routine services that we would get in the other state, and after a few miles, I knew something was not right. The vehicle was pulling badly to the right. I was unable to return immediately and when I brought it back, they told me that one of my tires and my axle was out of whack. I was told I must have driven over those indented grooves along the highway to keep drivers awake and on the road. They refused to take responsibility for anything and I had no choice but to buy a new tire. I had tried to search on my phone for coupons but my phone was not cooperating. I asked the Firestone rep if there was any type of coupon I could use. He said no so I paid full price. I get home, look up Firestone coupons and low and behold, a coupon I could have used for the tire I had just purchased. Next time, my husband will be taking my vehicle. We would go somewhere else but we have the lifetime warranty so we are stuck there until time to buy new tires. read more
