I love hearing the history of places from the people that experience a first opening. Just watching the pride and friendly customer service...becomes almost expected. As I pass by this shop, I began to see how well the property is maintained, so when my truck had issues, this was the first place I considered. I found the number online. When I called, I was promptly transferred to Steve. On this call he listened attentively to my concerns and helped me schedule repairs. I was informed of the lockbox for evening drop offs, as an added convenience. Steve called the next day with an assessment and recommendations to save us both time and resources. Also, I was explained the cost, invoiced estimates, and time of expected of service completion. He was courteous and professional. The time estimate was earlier than expected and we were happy with our overall experience.
