Sean came out in 3 days and removed the old toilet, wax ring and found a broken keeper ring. He had to drill new holes for the new keeper ring which was the culprit to start with. He installed the new wax ring and the toilet and added our Bidet in just a few hours. I can not speak to highly of Sean his attitude and work ethic is wonderful.
