Sean came out in 3 days and removed the old toilet, wax ring and found a broken keeper ring. He had to drill new holes for the new keeper ring which was the culprit to start with. He installed the new wax ring and the toilet and added our Bidet in just a few hours. I can not speak to highly of Sean his attitude and work ethic is wonderful. Had a representative of his company come by to see a list of repairs I wanted done. I got an earful…read moreof how great they were and how quickly they would get back with me with an estimate. I waited 2 days and contacted chase for an estimate and timeframe to start. I got a response "been busy, have that for you tomorrow". It never came. I contacted again 4 days later twice without a response. Totally blew me off. Very unprofessional. If you don't want to do the work then say it, what a waste of time contacting Chase.
